Food was ok. Wife’s pork chops tasted good but were tough. My bacon eggs and pancake were good though so no issue there. The place is pretty cool with old fashioned jukebox at the booths and a diner motife, but it could sure use a thorough cleaning, bathrooms too. We’ll probably go there again, we liked it.

If you want to feel like you just stepped back in time into a 50’s diner, this is the place for you! Hat and jacket hooks on the ends of booths (I’m not sure why more places don’t have these), jukebox, and music selection options at each booth. We got sandwiches, fries and a salad. Dressings were delicious, club sandwich was huge and yummy, and the French dip was comfort food at its finest! Service was excellent!

UPDATE March 2023 had breakfast, coffee, home run, cheese omelet meals and side steak. Great service, good family atmosphere, and food tasted very good. Meal prices very reasonable and in these inflationary times, I’d say for the generous portion size that it’s very inexpensive. They also have daily specials which appear to be good deals.

Great joint to get some good food that comes out speedy quick. We were in and out in less than. 30 minutes. Highly recommend the Bert’s omelette. Also a favorite of many is crushed ice, they use that here! The inside looks like an old 50s diner, equipped with a person radio at each table, and wow is it neat. I couldn’t stop looking around. Definitely want to come back for lunch one day. The bathroom was clean and neat. I won’t just come back for the food or the scenery but I will also come back for the polite service that was on point that never let us see the bottom of our cups.

Looks old a little ran down…. but chicken fried steak & eggs was amazing. Great specials after 5PM. Taking half my food home. Couldn’t eat it all. Great service in and out in 25 minutes for lunch. Can’t beat it.

Awesome little diner, 50’s theme, smells amazing, tastes great. I will definitely be frequently visiting. They also offer catering and adult beverages. Best damn salsa, made fresh.
