I purchased a tuna sub for the first time from this location on today (2/28/2024). I must leave this amazing review because my experience at all of the surrounding Subways has been the worst.
The manager Jimena was more than amazing. I place my order online about 5:15pm. I called the store to clarify the pickup time and she answered the phone. Her customer service skills was beyond what I expected. It was so pleasant speaking with Jimena. When I arrived I waited no more than 2 minutes. She came right out with a smile on her face and such a pleasant attitude. When I arrived home and opened my sandwich and I almost cried. The sandwich was made to perfection. It was so delicious and I definitely received a full sandwich with all the fixings I requested. I am happy. Now I will only visit this location in Alexandria Virginia. The worst sandwich I’ve ever had in my life by far. Nothing was wrong with the ingredients, just the preparation of the sandwich. Sloppy & carelessly put together.
