Mobile ordered ahead when I went to pick up at the time the app said it would be ready I was informed that they were out of Tuna. They did ask if I wanted something else and I did not. Only then did they start making my second sub that should have been already done .

Ordered a BLT at this store. Bacon was not cooked! Called the store for them not to answer the phone. I’ve never experienced this at a Subway. Seems their management team should evaluate the procedures with their staff. I ended up having to remove the bacon. Which was the main part of the sandwich and just eat the veggies. Very unsatisfied and disappointed.

The roll was stale. The service and atmosphere was by far the worst I have received in a long time. The manager was arguing with a female employee in front of my 11year old son and I. I had to prompt the manager for service. After the manager agreed to make our subs and deal with the employee after we left he started to engage with the employee again. It was only after I said it’s time to go somewhere else did the the manager start making the subs. Never again.

DO NOT GO!! I waited 1 hour for my online order, workers were very slow and did not care about me and other customers waiting, and then when I asked If they could hurry they started talking rudely including the manager saying that if I don’t like it I can leave. Terrible Place and Terrible Customer Service.

Poor service and attitude. I understand people make mistakes. And I was understanding about that. What I didn’t understand is why I was treated like a criminal having to defend myself and physically show them the 5 different things that were missing or added to my order that were not on the online order I placed. Wasted a half hour having to go back and get the correct subs.
Never going to this location again.
Of course the incorrect subs were disposed of. They called back after my initial call to make sure I brought them in to ensure they could contribute to this countries massive amounts of food waste. I could have given these to my chickens or neighbor or something other than throwing them out.

Every time I order from this store, there is little to no meat and it’s always just bunched into the corner. It’s pretty ridiculous since it’s $10 for a sub.

Not sure if any one else has had this issue with them but I ordered a sub from here Sunday night. Not even the next day, only a couple hours later, was sick. Food poisoning. Not sure how they pass food safety. Don’t buy your subs from here. My advice is to go to jersey mikes right next to it or a different subway far from this one.
