Well for starters i showed up at 8:15 and the door was locked the lady inside looked at me and shook her head not open as if i was wrong when the sign CLEARLY SAID OPEN at 8:00!! So i sat in my car for snother20 minutes…. Nothing! Light still off and she’s just bsn around in there! Never had this experience with Subway! If i could give negative stars i would!!

I had a frustrating experience with the worker Reshma. I placed a mobile pickup order, but when I arrived she told me they never received it and that it wasn’t showing in their system.

I completely understand that technical issues can happen, so I calmly tried to figure out with her what might have gone wrong. I even offered to show my order receipts for confirmation. Unfortunately, instead of discussing the situation, she repeatedly interrupted me, dismissed what I was saying, and refused to look at the receipts.

I understand that some situations are out of an employee’s control, and I wasn’t upset about the error itself — I was just trying to have a quick conversation about possible solutions. However, the attitude and unwillingness to listen made the interaction unnecessarily unpleasant.

Frustrating Experience at Subway – Mobile Order Ignored, Rude Staff

I recently had one of the most disappointing fast-food experiences at this Subway location, and I feel compelled to share what happened.

I placed a mobile order ahead of time to save time, expecting a quick pickup. When I arrived at the store, I noticed the employees were busy serving customers who had just walked in. I politely informed one of the staff members that I was there to pick up my mobile order. Instead of acknowledging it, they continued to serve new customers, completely ignoring my order.

I waited for over 40 minutes in the store, watching multiple walk-in customers get served while my order—which should have been prepared ahead of time—was nowhere in sight. When I tried to follow up, one of the employees was incredibly rude. He told me to cancel my order and even remarked, “We’re not short of customers,” as if my time and business didn’t matter.

The lack of respect for mobile orders and the dismissive attitude of the staff made this an awful experience. I’ve always appreciated the convenience of mobile ordering, but this location clearly doesn’t prioritize it—or common courtesy.

I ended up leaving without my food, frustrated and disappointed. If you’re considering placing a mobile order here, think twice. The staff seems indifferent, and you might end up wasting your time.

I hope Subway addresses this issue, because no customer should be treated this way.

Worst subway I’ve ever been to, I ordered 2 subs both with 50% extra meat and it looked like they put even less meat than a normal one. I don’t know if they’re eating the cost of the coupon I used but they completely scammed me. Don’t give these scammers your business. Matter of fact the more I read these other reviews the more pissed I am, going to chargeback this since the product was not as described.

They always short you on meat at this location. The ballston location is cheaper and way better. Avoid this location like a plague. That doesn’t look anything like a beast. That is not 1/2 pound of meat that’s one slice of each meat. Such a rip off for 13.99

CLUMPS OF HAIR IN MY COOKIE. Absolutely disgusting. Literally threw up seeing this after taking a bite of my chocolate chip cookie. What type of hair even is that. Looks like rat hair. Emailed subway to report it and received a boilerplate response from the franchisee Philip D’Costa offering me a free sandwich. Unreal. DONT EAT HERE!

Well it must be my lucky day, along with my free footlong, I got a knife! Funny thing is the sandwich wasn’t totally cut in half either. Maybe they wanted me to do their job also? Hey Subway WTH!!?? Might want to take inventory and find out your missing one blade. Let’s see, fair is fair, Free subway for 12 months, 1 sandwich per visit ?? I’m not a greedy person, but I could’ve injured myself.

I visited the restaurant the old aged employee attitude not good I ask the key for the restroom he said is only for customer his assumption was wrong I was waiting in the line to order the food and since I can’t hold the pee that’s why I ask him so rude guy I went to next door ragtime and used the restroom
I advised all the viewers to use the restroom first to somewhere else then go and wait in the line for order
