This is a newly remodeled subway but I’ll never spend a dime here again and it’s actually stopped me from ordering anywhere. I placed an order after a 12 hour shift. Didn’t feel like cooking, placed it just as I was nearing home only to get home and I ordered Italian bread only to be given flat bread. How disgusting, into the trash it went . I reached out only for the store manager to contact me and say he need d to check the cameras. As if I’d lie. I included the picture That was all he said or did. Complete ghosted me, I followed up twice and nothing. I’ll never order from this location again, and barely from subway going forward
This is unacceptable, I had a really long day without breakfast and lunch ….trying to eat something healthy i been there buying a chicken teriyaki sandwich, I parked my car in front of three to eat and when I opened my sandwich, I founded a long her rolling the vegetables. So nasty.
I back to the place and I found two girls working looks like when you woke up and you have a crazy her it’s unacceptable.
It’s really disappointing when staff make assumptions and treat customers in a dismissive way. I would appreciate it if management could address this issue with their staff to ensure a better customer experience moving forward. A little patience and understanding go a long way, especially when it comes to first-time customers.
