As far as Subways goes, this is one of the nicest Subways I have visited in a long time. I selected the cafeteria in the hospital before going to Subways. After seeing the options available in the cafeteria, I decided to go to the Subways. I ordered a foot long meatball sandwich. I didn’t expect the price to be over $9 but not shocked. The sandwich was very good and half of it was enough to fill me up quickly for the day. I plan to visit this Subway again in the future.

I eat here frequency. The staff is so friendly. I order in person and on the app and don’t have issues with it. I’ve never had a problem with the cleanliness or quality of the food. Lines can get long at lunch, so I recommend ordering in advance if you are in a rush.

I recently visited this Subway and noticed a big sign at the front of the line advertising a deal for $6.99 for a personal pizza and a drink. When I went to check out, the employee attempted to ring up my order separately without offering the deal. When I asked about the $6.99 price, he didn’t respond and seemed to get flustered. He walked off without saying anything and when he returned, he still didn’t address my question.
The customer service was incredibly disappointing. The employee eventually told me that he couldn’t give me the deal, but when I asked to at least buy some cookies, he refused to sell them to me.
Please don’t advertise deals with big signs if your staff isn’t trained to honor them. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional, and I left the store feeling very dissatisfied.

This is located inside the hospital on the 3rd floor. The staff is always nice but the line can go a little slow during busy times. The ovens tend to toast on the darker side so be aware. Overall a decent Subway.
