Grabbed a quick lunch at my local Subway. The service was great, took our orders without delay. Asked if we wanted our sandwiches toasted, put an appropriate amount of toppings and ensured our bread wasn’t soaking wet from oil and vinegar. We were in and out in record time. The restaurant was clean, and the tables freshly wiped down and the condiment area was all well stocked. Would recommend anyone looking for a fast, friendly and quality restaurant to check out this Subway shop!

Absolutely unacceptable experience at Subway.
The woman working the counter clearly did not want to be there — and made sure every customer knew it. From the moment I walked in, she acted like I was a burden for simply placing an order. I asked for a footlong and she literally huffed and puffed, like I was ruining her day. Then I asked for a tuna sandwich and she slammed the bread down in frustration. Who behaves like that in front of customers?

She shoved the sandwich into the toaster without even asking if I wanted it toasted. When I said I wanted nachos, she angrily slammed the bag of chips on the counter like a toddler throwing a tantrum. And when I said I wanted a combo at checkout, she had the nerve to tell me to be quiet — seriously?

This woman clearly hates her job and has no business dealing with customers. It’s disrespectful, unprofessional, and flat-out embarrassing for the Subway brand. I wasted $20 just to be treated like garbage. If this is who you trust to represent your company, that says a lot.

She should be fired immediately. No more excuses — deal with this

I am a regular Subway customer — visit 4 to 5 times a week. This Glen Forest Subway location is the best compared to other Subway locations nearby. Their breads and cookies are perfectly cooked, not too hard like I find in other locations. The employees provide very good customer service. Highly recommended.

My recent visit to the Subway store was a regrettable experience that fell far short of expectations. From start to finish, the entire encounter was fraught with disappointment and frustration.

Firstly, the cleanliness of the store was appalling. The floors were dirty, and the seating area was littered with crumbs and food debris. It was evident that little effort had been made to maintain basic hygiene standards.

The service was equally dismal. The staff seemed disinterested and unmotivated, displaying a lack of enthusiasm in their duties. Orders were taken with indifference, and there was a noticeable delay in preparing even the simplest of sandwiches.

Speaking of which, the quality of the food was subpar. The ingredients appeared stale and lacking in freshness, detracting from the overall taste and appeal of the sandwiches. Additionally, the portion sizes were inconsistent, with some sandwiches noticeably smaller than others despite being the same menu item.

To add insult to injury, the prices were unjustifiably high given the poor quality of the food and service provided. It felt like a complete rip-off for the dismal experience offered.

The owner and staff are cheap and stingy to the point that they would serve you food by “milligrams”!!!!!!

Overall, my visit to the Subway store was a disappointing and disheartening ordeal. I would strongly advise against patronizing this establishment until significant improvements are made to its cleanliness, service, and food quality.

When I got there, the place was calm, which was surprising. However, the staff could have been more welcoming. As for the food, I ordered a 12′ (foot long) sub with buffalo sauce, grilled chicken, cheese, and veggies. The sub tasted bland, to be honest, and I felt that the price was not worth it. Typical.

My experiences at Subway, the ubiquitous sandwich chain known for its build-your-own sub concept, have consistently reflected a sense of predictability and, unfortunately, some concerns about cleanliness. This comprehensive review aims to provide an in-depth assessment of various aspects of the dining experience, highlighting both positive and negative elements.

Subway, as a fast-food establishment, has built its reputation on offering a customizable and convenient dining experience. The “build your own” model allows patrons to select their preferred bread, fillings, and condiments, providing a personalized touch to each sandwich. The menu offers a variety of options, catering to different taste preferences and dietary choices.

However, despite the familiarity and convenience associated with Subway, concerns about cleanliness have surfaced consistently. The observation that it is “not very clean” raises questions about the overall hygiene standards maintained within the restaurant. Cleanliness is a fundamental aspect that significantly contributes to patrons’ perceptions of a dining establishment, and visible lapses in this regard can diminish the overall dining experience.

The ambiance at Subway is, by design, more utilitarian than upscale. The focus is on quick service and efficiency, aligning with the fast-food model. However, maintaining a clean and tidy environment is crucial, even in establishments with a more casual ambiance. Addressing concerns about cleanliness promptly would contribute to a more inviting atmosphere for patrons.

Service at Subway is typically characterized by speed and efficiency. The staff works to assemble orders promptly, allowing for a quick and convenient dining experience. However, the overall impression can be significantly enhanced by ensuring that the restaurant is consistently clean and well-maintained.

In conclusion, Subway, while providing a familiar and customizable dining experience, faces challenges related to cleanliness. The average subway experience, coupled with concerns about hygiene, suggests a need for heightened attention to cleanliness standards. Addressing these issues promptly would be essential for Subway to maintain its reputation as a reliable and convenient fast-food option, ensuring a more satisfying dining experience for patrons.

Absolutely terrible service. I don’t expect any type of outstanding service when I go to Subway, but today was the worst I’ve ever gotten. The heavy set Indian woman that made the sandwiches I ordered today needs to learn to manage her anger, as she’s always in a bad mood and was quick to get into an argument with me over a steak teriyaki sandwich. My order was for the steak teriyaki as the meat choice, when I realized onions and green peppers were being placed on it I let them know I did not want that/did not ask for it. The woman proceeded to get agitated immediately and rudely telling me that’s how it comes. I asked where it says that’s a REQUIRED topping selection, and she pointed that it was right there in the photo. So I guess the photos are dead set topping selections now? The solution was so simple but yet I had to argue with her because she wanted to give me whatever she chose for me. This went on for several minutes, it was unnecessary. She then was throwing the sandwiches and toppings aggressively and continued to try to get the last word in when ringing me up. I should have just walked out, I will not be coming back to this location, because I don’t feel like having to possibly be ready to square up over some onions and spinach because this specific worker leads a miserable life. ‍♀️
