Store lists that it closes at 9:30pm. I ordered at 8:30pm for 9:15pm pickup. When I arrive at 8:55pm the store was full black on the inside and is closed… I finally receive an email at 9:10pm saying my order has been cancelled.
Thanks for wasting my time, and gas. Not to mention since they took so long to let me know it was cancelled, other stores were also closed.
This subway is beyond inconvenient and incompetent, this has happened 3 times now (not all times were near closing time). Sometimes they are open however still cancel your order for fun. Garbage store, garbage corporation.

0/10 This subway used to be great then management got replaced and its my first time back in 6 years now its nothing more than a cash grab paper thin slices of meat and terrible vegetables that are discolored and miniscule The menu is completely different from all other subways as well instead of updating they just increased prices on the old subs without changing anything. Corporate really needs to look into this place its clearly not being run how subways should be run especially considering the one down the street is just fine for everything and has the updated menus

employees are very polite and friendly, i just didn’t like the fact that when we came in there was no one there and the tables were all dirty including the floors. it made me frustrated because i do have a toddler so how could i feel comfortable enough to feed my child off a dirty table..

This place is closed. It’s Sunday February 15th, 2026. It was closed last Sunday as well. Is it just closed on Sundays now or is it permanently closed? Either way the schedule needs to be updated. I just showed up on 2 separate weeks disappointed I couldn’t eat here. Please update the schedule on Google!!!

Ordered through the app. Messed up the order and the employee didn’t wash his hands or put gloves on when fixing the mistake. I do not know where his hands have been. Need to use hand hygiene.
