We have eaten at Cannova’s a few times when visiting Galena. The service is always excellent and I highly recommend their Pizza. The inside isn’t super fancy, however comfortable. Menu prices go from moderate to slightly on the high side depending on your dinner choice. Definitely recommend their Barbecue chicken pizza as well as their pesto shrimp pizza. Recommend and will definitely be returning on our next visit.

Best vibes in all of Galena. Bartender was awesome making sure our drinks were refilled and dancing along to the music. Everyone else in the bar was extremely easy to talk to and jamming along to the TouchTunes songs that were playing. Cheap drinks and awesome service, stop here anytime you’re in Galena!!!

April the bartender is beyond rude. She wouldn’t let my service animal in because she didn’t have her vest on. So we left. Then when I came in without my dog I asked her what her problem was with the situation and all she did was be buligerant and yell. And she asked to see proof of my dogs certification which is illegal. And when I told her I could sue she told me “GO AHEAD IM THE OWNER” When in fact she is not the owner. Her father is. And he’s met my dog several times and never had an issue with her being in there. I’ve been going to the gold room since I was 20 and I can tell you she is THE WORST bartender I have ever encountered.

What a really nice place. I have visited this bar several time while in Galena for Spaless Weekenders. This year on 3/25 after the Spaless Parade at about 5:30 allot of people poured in from the streets and probably shocked the poor young lady working the bar! However, this young lady never missed a beat, she handled the crowd like BOSS all while working alone! I hope you made allot I tips because you certainly deserved it! ( I did not get her name) Thank you for being so upbeat and keeping a smile on your face

First time there and everyone should go. Everyone was so friendly. The old fashioned I had was fabulous. They have photo booth that you can even put the photos that you take on the wall. It has a 70s vibe going on. Just a great place over all.
