I visited this location looking for a healthier meal option and had a very disappointing experience. When I asked about a combo deal and pricing for extra protein, Sandra immediately responded with aggression and an unfriendly attitude. The pricing was not clearly explained, and I felt misled about the additional charges.
While preparing my wrap, Sandra gave minimal toppings and told me I would be charged extra when I asked for more, even though the portions were already very small. After I paid, she attempted to throw away the receipt. When I asked for it, she slammed it on the counter next to my food.
When I reviewed the receipt, I saw that I was charged $1.65 for chips I never received. When I asked about it, Sandra stated in a condescending tone that the charge was for extra meat, although this was not clearly reflected on the receipt. I asked to speak to a manager, and she refused to provide the manager’s name and told me to come back another day.
This interaction was unprofessional and frustrating. Sandra’s behavior and lack of transparency reflect poorly on this location. I hope Subway takes steps to better train its staff and improve customer service.

Staff became clearly annoyed after we asked for some ingredients on the side and proceeded to not cut the sandwich in half. Only the top bun was cut through.

I got the sandwich and accidentally my kid dropped just after the counter, I was expecting a bit more hospitality for cleaning and maybe a replacement, but nothing, they just saw and say nothing, so of course I have to clean myself and my kid didn’t have his meal. I have to buy something else for him. I’ll never come back here.

I’ve been to this subway quite a few times now and there has not been a single time my order has been done correctly. I generally mobile order out of convenience and would like to think that my order will be made right regardless of me being there in person or not but I guess not. Every single time, I am missing a sauce, a topping, SOMETHING. The first couple of times I brushed it off, mistakes happen, but it has come to the point where it is just ridiculous. Do better; you are grown adults, not 5 year olds who need their hand held through the entire process.
