Oh boy, what a mess. I recently ordered food for pickup(online order). But even after 30 – 40 mins, my order was not ready. Strangely there was only one person working here and she was doing her best to shoo away the customers. Subway is known for quick service but this locations motto is ‘as slow as possible’. Please avoid this location if you want fast service.

I actually love subway. This place is a tourist trap. First, their menu prices are way jacked up. Ok. But then, their computer price is $2 higher than the already jacked up menu price! Which of course we don’t find out until after the food is made. Then the worker says there is nothing he can do about it because it’s what’s in the computer even though the lower price (albeit still overpriced) is printed on the menu right behind him. You can’t tell me that ownership and management don’t know about the fact they are ripping people off and purposefully deceiving them. Avoid this place at all cost. You can get some great seafood sandwiches in town for the same prices they are charging for subway. If you don’t believe me, just look at the online menus of the couple restaurants on the same block. Plenty of $15-18 choices. You should never be paying that much at a subway!

Placed an online order. App tells me my order is ready for pickup. Get to the store and the woman at the counter (who can barely even speak English) tells me that she can’t make my order because they “don’t accept the coupon I used ONLINE” NEWSFLASH if I can put the order in online then you do accept the coupon. Says she refunded my order and I’ll see the money in 24 hours. Well don’t I know thats a lie because my app would’ve told me that my order was cancelled. Honestly save your money and your time. If I don’t see the $20 back in my account, the cops are being contacted- btw my receipt would say voided if you actually cancelled my order. $20 stolen

Terrible Experience!! I always eat from subway! Was my first time in this Subway! As soon as I get in i think he is manager or supervisor, was horrible for welcoming customer! He was a long-haired, bearded man! Even he was yelling to employees which was weird front of customers! They were so uncomfortable you could see from their face! Was explaining everything by telling them! So end of the story, that guy wasn’t welcoming and didn’t know how respect workers! Never coming back!!!!

The store is nice and clean and the employees are friendly but the prices are sky high compared to other locations. Any sub shop or deli in town will be fresher and cheaper than the $12 footlong. A lot of the toppings were literally gross to look at and should have been thrown out days ago.

Once, i went here. Probably, the manager was there and he was very looking angry and unpleased. He was yelling at the employees. Therefore, atmosphere because of manager was really stressful and employees looked like they will cry. I think there is a big mobing in this subway. Furthermore, sandwiches was horrible and they taste not fresh.

Ugh. The lettuce was oxidized into mush and the pickles…. the poor suns of b’s looked like they hadn’t been mixed, let alone touched, in decades. I have never asked for pickles to be removed from my Sandwich once requested, i have never asked for anything to be removed once added, but I most certainly asked for these cesspool aged abominations to be exiled from the garbage pile of a sub they were in the midst of assembling for me. I didn’t have the heart to tell the sandwich destroyer that I’d never open, let alone eat, his diseased hemorrhage. I paid, walked out, and threw it away.
Go to the other subway at 5200 Coastal Highway. It’s worth your gut.

Lady working the store has the worst attitude. With EVERY customer. I have never had a “bad” sub at any other location. I order the same thing no matter where it is and this is by far THE WORST. How can you make a sandwich not have any taste when you get a sauce on there. It wasnt even heated. Sweet onion teriyaki sauce has a taste and this sub had no taste. The bread didnt even have a taste. Italian herb and cheese.
Never eatting at this location again until they hire a friendly person…

I walked in and there was 6 girls working. No one acknowledged me at all. I’m a very nice person. I waited there for 10 minutes since there was an old lady in front of me. I just waited. Then 6 minutes later a tall white man walks in behind me and they ask make his order before mine and I came before him. I am so humiliated. Never going back. They didn’t even apologize or say sorry. I’m so hurt.

We stopped here to pick up lunch today. The ladies were very pleasant and everything looked clean, except for the ants crawling around near the soda fountain. On our way back to the hotel, my son found an ant in his sandwich! Let’s just say, all of our food was immediately thrown away. Never again. Yuck!
