I have been to this subway many times and always recieved great service except this past Thursday 3/16/23. I placed an order on the app for a footlong cold cut combo. I selected lettuce,tomato,mayo,pickles,salt and pepper. When I came home with it I put it in the fridge to have for dinner a few hours later. When I finally decided to eat it the first bite I took I tasted onions and I don’t like raw onion. So I opened up the sub and it had let,tom,mayo,pickles (which i ordered),red onion,cucumbers,green peppers(that I didn’t order). So I called the store and the guy on the phone was very rude after I said this sub is not what I ordered and that he can’t help what I selected in the app and that if there was a problem I would have to take it up with the corperate office. I feel like they should have tried to remedy the situation but they didn’t and I have spent my last dollar in there because the customer is always right and this day the customer was not.

I was very rushed while trying to get subway card. The print on the sign for ordering and pricing was very small making it hard to read. I was not offered a meal deal and wanted to get one after I payed and was told I couldn’t get the deal after I payed for the sub. The owner seemed upset with his employees for not being fast enough, but they seemed fine to me.

Manager at the store was very nasty to us after we finish eating. It was only 5 minutes after 9pm. He was complaining and was to his friend about us with indicating us with F** words. We did not appreciate the way he treated us.
