Worst Subway that I ever visited. First it’s dirty place with full of roaches at dust everywhere. Second no place to seat, or even wash your hands before to eat. Food is trash, the bacon looks undone, bread hard, no jalapeño peppers the sandwich just taste nasty and I eat subway all the time it’s just this location it’s sad you have to go to better areas to get the normal taste.. I was just in there with my husband and at first I felt bad for the guy and the girls who treated him horribly before. But my reason for this rating is due to the fact that I was in line and the guys asked me what I wanted I tries to order and he walked away and when he came back he didn’t acknowledge me. Horrible customer service and he was extremely rude when my husband notified him that I was next. This is me speaking as someone who has worked in customer service for over 5 years and is currently a manager. I will never come here again.

Honestly, I’m surprised this Subway even still exists. The clientele is extremely ghetto and hard to work with. I literally witnessed one of the workers getting harassed and talked down by one of the guests yesterday and all I could think was “wow, thank you for showing up to work today”. Because if it were me, I wouldn’t be able to deal with it. No wonder you’ll have bullet proof glass encasing the food. Thank you for your service!

Man I went there and asked for itailan bmt, with extra meat. Tell me why the taller hispanic woman asked me 3 times what I wanted and still got it WRONG? So I call back to have them fix there mistake, the short hispanic woman told me no you ordered spicy itailan, but she was in the back talking to the manager before he left. I told her no not what I ordered, she says drive back bring sandwich, I told her you lost your mind 7 miles back nope. Then got even more rude! So first, I am not any of those customers who you can talk to crazy nor will I settle for whatever you choose to give me. I ordered 2 footlong Spicy Italian untoasted and got 2 footlong Steak n Cheese toasted.
I called to speak with the manager and was told the manager was out until tomorrow.
I explained my order and the female (spanish) said she “THOUGHT” it said steak n cheese…really???? Thought
I called Uber Eats and got a refund…I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN

They acts like they hate black people and never hires them and they acts like they hate some school children because of how they talk to some people and in the past a women sometimes use to spit over the food or do something dirty to try to make me not go back in there and than a man who works there likes to put his hairy arms in the food while making the sandwich… one man who works there also spitted in a childs sandwich before and they like telling lies on people they don’t even know…
