Was excellent the guy that was working June 21st around 8:30 p.m. he made me and my buddy a sub and the atmosphere was a lot of fun and we were joking around and having a good time Don’t really get to experience that in many subways if at all so I really enjoyed the experience look forward to coming back!

Employees absolutely do not care, or at least the ones I’ve had in my 4 or 5 visits don’t. I really like Subway subs but I don’t feel like I can go to this location anymore after my wife got food poisoning the last time we ate there.
Ironically the atmosphere here is better than the food or service and it’s literally a gas station Subway.

I only gave it 3 stars because the one girl with the glasses that waits on me os very nice and polite when I come in an she makes good subs unlike the other workers there. I see her and a other girl always doing all the work while the others do nothing an d that is ridiculous. My mom also has trouble when one of the male employees wait on her and her sub is never right or is sloppy. When we came in a few days ago the two girls were there and they were excellent. If they weren’t there I’d give this place 0 stars.

First time there and last time.
Told us they had a sale, 3 subs for 17 something, he said it would come to 19.08$. Credit card was already in, got charged 28.28$. When I asked why, he said its because he had to charge me for the extra pepperoni, which is 1.50 for pepperoni, as it shows on receipt.
I asked for just mayo cause they were out of bbq, and I ended having a Mayo soup in my sub.

If this was a one time occurrence, I wouldn’t bother leaving a review (plus i prefer leaving positive reviews), but I’ve had this happen exact issue happen multiple times now with this location. I ordered The Monster sandwich on app and ended up with some chicken sandwich with spicy sauce. I called and they said to come back, but the whole reason I ordered online to pick it up is because of my busy schedule. I don’t have the time to back to get the sandwich I ordered.
Please do something and fix this reoccurring problem because I want to support my local subway. It’s not like we have many food options in Taneytown as it is.
Now I know why my partner refuses to go there.

That was a great experience, the two fellows working were polite and fast! They made 3 beautiful subs! I worked a subway for 5 1/2 years, they did really well!

I haven’t had someone take as much care making my sandwich at a Subway as the nice young lady with dreadlocks did here in YEARS.
For quite a while, the quality of nearly every Subway shop I’ve visited has notably declined at a steady pace, for whatever reason. The sandwich I had today reminded me of why I ever started eating at Subway in the first place. For one of the the first times in nearly a decade I felt taken care of at a Subway rather than shoved through an assembly line.
We used to joke about sandwich artists when I was younger, but there is one here. I hope they realize what they have here.

Fastidious Lady
This Subway franchise is inside the Sunoco gas station. It was cramped into a very small space. The floor is uneven and on a slant. The preparation area does not appear clean. There are so many old stickers on the glass sheild, the customer can barely watch the preparation of their sandwich. Staff was attentive and polite. Compared to most Subways, the construction of this franchise is disgusting, unappealing and therefore gives the appearance of uncleanliness.

The more you care about your food, the more they do at this subway. These people will actually work with you to make sure your food is exactly how you want it and even recommend better ways to cook it. The last sandwich i had from there made my eyes roll back in my head. Glad to have them nearby as my lunch break spot

Most of the staff is kind and courteous. A couple of the others, not so much. “The Others” make you feel like they are doing you a huge favor and that you are an inconvenient annoyance. The subs are good, I just think some of the staff at Taneytown’s location needs an attitude adjustment.
