Drashti and her team are wonderful! The facility was very clean and well kept. The food and portion sizes were very solid for the price. I have been to other locations and have had worse experiences so I was pleasantly surprised to see the Eldersburg location in such great shape. Will definitely be back again soon.

Placed a mobile order and they cancled it and refused to give me a refund. Made me go through the robot corporate customer service which was just as useless.
The people that run this store only care about the money and couldn’t care less about their PR or the quality of their sandwich’s. They just hide their shoddy work behind the subway brand. Will not be coming here again and will be recommending others to avoid it.
Also subway is overpriced for what you get anyway.

I have ordered mobile from this restaurant 10 times. They have gotten my order wrong EVERY single time, (not exaggerating) despite multiple complaints. I honestly cannot believe how they manage to mess up every single order I have made. 3 out of the 10 times when I have ordered a veggie patty sub, They literally just gave me a sub roll with lettuce + spinach only. No patty , nothing but lettuce and spinach. Very disappointed. Will not be returning here because I am tired of wasting my money, never getting what I order despite several of my own complaints 🙁

Bacon was not cooked at all nasty sandwich was smashed. Never going here again I wish there was an option to do negative stars because this subway would get -5 EDIT. Called the subway about a refund because both subs were absolutely disgusting and they wanted us to drive all the way back to give them the subs like ma’am they are in the trash can where they belong. Never ever go to this subway it’s awful

Great little nook for subs. The restaurant looked clean and the workers were friendly. I knocked a couple points off on atmosphere just because it was a small place. Fresh food and yummy affordable subs!

They literally don’t accept any decent coupons that Subway offers. Any time I’ve went to order from this place I end up changing where I go because I ask myself why I’d spend $12 on a shitty sandwich full of fake ingredients when I could go to Jersey Mikes and get an amazing sandwich for the same price. Subway is literally tanking and the money grubbing owner who doesn’t accept any good deals is losing business because of it. Don’t go here, get real food at Jersey Mikes!

Best and freshest bread of any one I’ve ever been to, subs are structured correctly not just jammed in, meat proportions are perfect, and amazing team behind the counter. The veggies are nicely cut, you won’t find big chunks of onions or green pepper in your sandwich.

Avoid this place at all cost, something changed here, not sure it is new owners or what but the younger crew that normally ran this place now is no longer there, there were still young kids there behind the counter but they were being directed but others that I have not seen there before today.
Also, the older gentleman that seems to be in charge went out the front door and returned with prepackaged liquids, about 5 packs or some sort of sauce/toppings in the front door.
Mind you it was about 95 degrees today in this area and he just walks back in the front door with those bags in hand without any care for the temperature.
Not sure what is going on but I tossed out what we purchased and will not be going back to this place.
