Placed an order online, guy working said they did not have the order, and refused to make it, I think because he was planing to close early. Said we had to contact subway to get it dealt with.
Called the next day and manager was apologetic and made our order.

I know the subway is the worst service ever right so I’m searching the other location so I will make it online order in the order to get Subway when I come to pick it up there is no order they say no we don’t get a order then it’s better better option is a chipotle is next to the sell gas station so I went up and I’m happy with that too, but I don’t recommend it anymore to order here

Don’t try to use the Subway app at this place. QR code scanner doesn’t work and they always tell me I need to place an online order to use the same QR codes I can use at other Subway stores.

Kid shooting the….breeze for 5 minute then starts my order. Asks what i want on it THEN tells me there’s no Lettuce or tomatoes! Then says something about maybe he could go to Walmart to get some. Walked out disgusted. Four people working who seemed more interested in shooting the breeze with each other than working. Add to it the place was filthy. Love Subway but I won’t never go back to that one.

“I had a very upsetting experience at a restaurant called Subay today. I was deeply disturbed by the staff’s mocking behavior towards me, their frowning and threatening facial expressions because I don’t speak the language. While it is my natural right to be respected as a guest, it is completely unacceptable to be belittled in this way.
Understanding that everyone comes from a different culture and language level is a fundamental responsibility of those working for a corporate company. I regret to state that such behavior is unbecoming of anyone and harms a name like Subay.”

This subway accepted my online order. When I got there to pick it up, they weren’t open. Apparently, they closed at 7 but still let me place and pay online for an order, and then the woman inside refuses to even unlock the door to answer me as to how I can get my money back. She says nothing but “I don’t know,” walks away, and proceeds to ignore me. Nowhere online did it say they were closing early. Worst service I’ve ever seen. Now I guess I have to dispute the charge with the bank.

Sandwich overall is okay, but the woman making my sandwich was rude. First asked for extra 2 slices of cheese, she decided to grab up one piece throw it on and put my sandwich immediately into the oven. I couldn’t even get her to put the correct veggies on my sandwich without a whole problem. I didn’t think I was rude at all throughout the transaction, but I definitely was handed attitude.

The food was great but the churro was a little hard. Everyone working was really nice and friendly. All areas were clean and stocked. Also re ordered churro a little less cooked and it was perfect. I definitely recommend

I have had different experiences in the past with Subway in general, which is why I do not go often. The staff wasn’t nice but they weren’t mean either, they were “meh.” When I walked in they were cleaning up. I had a coupon, that wasn’t applied to the transaction, I didn’t know that until I got home. I realized the coupon couldn’t be used because what I purchased didn’t meet the requirements…okay well I was fine with that, but if I couldn’t use the coupon the lady didn’t bother to give it back so that I could use it in the future. All reasons why Subway isn’t my first choice. I’ve been to this location before and they were great, tonight I don’t what happened. Probably won’t be back, I don’t know…
