We aspire to serve a variety of scratch-made pastries, drawing inspiration from multiple cultures and ethnicities. Owners Stephanie and Hannah share years of culinary experience and a love for all things butter. They are excited to join the local food scene and share their sinfully sweet treats! Excellent service! I ordered a vanilla cake in advance to be delivered to my boyfriend, and it turned out beautifully. He loved the cake and really enjoyed the delicious buttercream. I’m very happy with the experience. Great communication, and amazing staff!

Lovely café, right on Union Street. I pass this place all the time and finally went in. Had a delicious iced latte and the cinnamon muffin, which turned out to be a texture of a Cinnamon roll! What a delicious surprise! The coffee had the right amount of strength, and I’ll definitely be back to try more pastries.

I happened to be in little Italy on a Saturday morning and found Hell’s Belles Bake Shop. With a name like that of course I had to go in. LOL.
The staff was great. The hard question was what to get. I couldn’t decide so I bought both. A raspberry bar and blueberry scone. I figured I have one now the other later. Sat at the table outside of the bakery and wound up eating both. They were both flavorful and perfect.
Was a great find. Others need to go to Hell’s Belles!!

Stopped in based on a recommendation to try one of the newest bakeries in Wilmington. Located on Union Street Hell’s Belles servers a variety of pastries including sweet and savory hand pies, muffins, croissants, lemon pound cake, etc. Some of their offerings were unique to us. We thoroughly enjoyed everything we had. The space is quaint and street parking wasn’t too difficult. Right now they have drip coffee and some canned lattes but they told us they will be getting an expresso machine soon. We are looking forward to that. We recommend checking this place out!

Very cute bake shop we stumbled upon while awaiting vehicle service at BMW. We went in around closing hoping for cookies. Not a large selection left so they must be great.

I NEVER leave reviews but the muffins were PHENOMENAL, and I appreciated the service even more. Called on a busy Saturday morning asking if they had pumpkin muffins (out of season). They said no and as I was ready to hang up, the server asked for a moment to check if she had the ingredients, then had pumpkin muffins ready for me in an hour. Check them out for sure

Cute little spot on Union. I generally get stuff to go if I’m in the area. They also have their stuff at Scout Cafe which I can walk to which is super cool. Also grabbed some croissants at the Brandywine farmers market which I can also walk too! Love how available this place is to me personally! The ham and cheese and cheese croissants are my go to. Got a baguette today that I haven’t tried yet but I’m sure it’s good with some nice cheese and prosciutto. Staff is always lovely, would absolutely recommend.

I’ve tried a few pastries here and they’ve always been delicious. They have great prices, especially for the quality of food that you’re buying. It’s a cute and quiet place to have a coffee or tea and work or read.

Sorry that I couldn’t resist taking a bite before the photo. Delicious flaky hand pie with a perfect crust. Filled with mushroom and ricotta. Love the everything topping! Can’t wait to try all their other baked goods.
