Really bad customer service. I was using a coupon. She was able to process it but it wouldn’t print the receipt. The worker called the owner and then gave me the phone (I have no idea why). They proceed to argue with me before I told them I wasn’t looking to argue and I just wanted to know if I could get my food or not. They kept the food. Not sure what they did with it. They either kept it for themselves or gave it to someone else which is disgusting.

Great customer service from the two that were there. They asked questions to make sure he had the order right. He marked the sandwiches so we knew which sandwich was which. He greeted and thanked us. The restaurant was clean as well.

I received coupons to my Home via USPS. “Coupons” From Subway’s! After The Sandwich was made. I presented a coupon. The Lady employee became extremely rude. While elevating her voice. Stating “ Don’t you see the sign”. A sign Reading, “No coupons” that is on a 5×7 paper. Then proceeded to call me bad for wasting food. 90% of your customers are from the community you serve. Honor the Coupons or Place the “Sign” on the front door. In plain sight.

Walked in and walked out. No AC running, no special drinks (my whole reason for coming), the food didn’t look well sitting in a building at least 80 degrees. I’ll drive somewhere else.
