I gave it a chance for a few weeks but this location hasn’t had a working ice machine all summer. And when paying for a 40 oz drink, being offered a 20 oz bottle doesn’t translate for me. The quality of the sub is normal but the lack of flooring around the entrance and not working ice machine makes this location tiers below others

I give 5 stars, only because the guy Samuel prepares the Subways very good, professionally, and fast. What you ask he does greatly.
Unfortunately the older small guy in that location is not good and rude. Once he didn’t want to get Italian bread with herbs, he said they didn’t have it but when I decided to leave he found one and he always puts just few vegetables if you ask to put more onions he refuses and tells you that they only have those not more. This location is very close to me when I come and see that guy is working I usually don’t order and go to another location located 3 miles from there.

Did NOT GET honey mustard in bag w pretzels.
Only way to order what and how you want is to call – and then can you still get delivery?!!!

This subway has terrible and rude workers. I placed 2 online orders and both were canceled. I tried calling to see why my orders were canceled but the number listed on their website had no service. I then drove to the store to see why canceled my order and they said they couldn’t give me my orders. I used a promo code that i won to get the sandwich. Now i’m hungry and lost my promo code. The workers refuse to make my sandwiches and were rude about it. I wouldn’t recommend going to this subway. There are better ones in owings mills/reisterstown.

Former employee/ Regular Customer. The new owners are very unprofessional. I asked questions about my paycheck.. when I would receive it. The owner laughed in my face and said it was not her problem. They said it was mailed to my home address.. Its been 4 business days past payday still have not received it.. Most bread Trays/ Bake ware are not thoroughly cleaned before next use… The owner reuses white paper the frozen bread sits on over night. One time I threw it away because it had been used for a week straight and the owner made me take it out the trashcan so she could use it the next day. I really don’t recommend getting food from this location until they get some things figured out. There are new employees in and out weekly with very little training (you’d be surprised how much a little training on how to make a sandwich makes a difference) but hey if you want a free meal no worries just complain to the manager and watch her unprofessionally reprimand her employee while they correct your sub and get your money back

The guy who runs this place is such a penny pincher. He could care less about customer service, they always rush around like its a big hurry to get you out of their store, not worrying about making sure the customer is happy with the finished sub. One time I asked for more onion sauce the guy grabbed the mayo and squeezed it before I could even finish my words. I then had a mayo soaked sub. I should have told him to scrape it off.
