Sonya is the reason for the five stars. she’s the only server in the area (i’ve bisited five at this point, don’t judge me ) that has completed my order as i ordered it, with no attitude or rebuttal.
she didn’t say it was ‘impossible’, she jsut smiled and got it done with minimal effort.
please look to her when training the region, because she herself was surprised when i mentioned other servers just couldn’t complete my order.
best part, i was smiling as i bit into my own custom order sandwich. thanks Sonya!

I ordered the 5 meat sub. It was good. The staff was courteous and handed my order quickly. The shop was very neat and clean. It was an enjoyable experience.

Good food but totally disappointed that the manager and probably the owner as well tried overcharging me…$19.00 for turkey wrap, gatorade and bag of sun chips. Then she tried to justify the uncharge even though it didn’t coincide with the price on the menu. In the end I paid $14.00. The price of the wrap was $9.00.

The girls working on Tuesday night were so charming and nice. I came in unknowingly right before close and they made me exactly what I wanted and I was so thankful as well as starving! I really appreciate the kind customer service and the amazing gesture of making me my food before you closed. Will visit here many more times!

Wow! Not normally a fan of Subway. Stopped eating there 14 years ago, because food seemed substandard. But, this location blew me away! Clean and great service. The freshly made bread was a treat. Been back a couple of times. Consistently great!!

One of the toppings on half of our tuna 12-inch sub tasted rancid. Turns out the person who ate a portion of that side around 7 pm today violently threw up two hours later. These things can happen but I am giving one star based on the manager Rajine’s (sp?) response and expressing zero concern for my sick relative. He should not manage a food business because customer health and service should be first priority.

The credit card machine constantly goes down, so they take cash only. I complained about that today, then went to my car and ordered online. The app said my sandwich would be ready in 20 minutes. I went back in the store 10 minutes later & my sandwich was on the shelf. Bread was dry, sandwich was smashed down, ingredients falling out. Very salty and I didn’t ask for salt. I’m done with subway. Last time I used the app they made the wrong sandwich. The renovations look nice but the food & the service were much better before.

The portion size here is much better than most Subway restaurants where they use those little cups to measure everything. This Subway restaurant does not do that. The staff is extra nice here.

My daughter has a severe peanut allergy and always makes that known when going out. On 2/16 after a practice she went in a 8:30pm to get a turkey sub. Within 1 hours started vomiting and difficulty breathing, and realized she was going into anaphylaxis. Had to bring her to AAMC ER where she was treated as a result of cross contamination (now that Subway servers Peanut/Jelly Sandwiches) Please make sure you let you food prep people aware. I called the following day to let them know in hopes of speaking to a manager, and basically spoke to a kid that will pass it along.
