I went in for a late lunch, horrible costumer service. I haven’t been to subway for a long time and this was a first impression to me since a while. The lady that was doing our food gave an attitude when asked how much was the cookie(s). Kept staring rudely when other costumers were making their decisions. Very petty when asked to use the bathroom, did not give us the keys but said to get it and got annoyed when asked where it was once again though she gave a vague response to where it was prior. Food was honestly okay but based on who prepared it, it made my stomach hurt. I believe the other worker is the better one. If you enter and see a lady, you’re getting the worst experience. Never coming back.

Don’t waste your time, money and energy going there. There are plenty other subways, and this one shouldn’t even be on your list. I went there today, Friday, Sep 27th , at around 4pm. There was only one customer ordering, and a lady serving. I waited for almost 10min, for her to say “yes?” I started by saying hi, she didn’t respond. I told her I wanted number 31, I even repeated myself. She was paying 0 attention to me and end up doing something else. She didn’t even made my food and started serving another woman that came after me. The woman didn’t want to be served first, she pointed at me and told the worker I was there before. She ignored it and just continued what she was doing. I waited again, and finally she took my bread off the oven. It didn’t have the steak, or the cheese sauce, or the green peppers like number 31. I asked her if that was the number 31. She started yelling at me and saying you ordered 30. I told her my order was 31, maybe she didn’t heard . At that moment, she just took the bread, dumped it in the microwave behind her and started taking another order. She didn’t even apologize or try to fix her mistakes. She continued taking the ladies orders as if I was invisible. I wasted a few more minutes waiting, thinking she might fix my order, but she didn’t. I left without ordering anything else. This is for sure my last time going to that precise subway.

I made an order through the app and ordered 3 subs which 2 were the exact same but the third one had non-spicy things because I am currently breastfeeding, the lady working gave me 3 of the exact same subs and when I went back to the store with the un eaten sandwich and explained it to her she got rude and tried arguing back trying to say that she made them correctly and embarrassing me in front of other customers acting like I was complaining for no reason and when she asked me to point out which order I was talking about it’s like she didn’t understand what I was trying to tell her, she made it a big deal about making my correct order and rudely threw the sandwich I have back away and made my sandwich the correct way but with a nasty attitude, throwing the toppings or what not. I paid for my food, she didn’t give me my food for free. Worst customer service ever.

My very first time at this location and it will definitely be the last. If I can rate this place 0, I will definitely do so. Terrible customer service. I asked the lady for a cup for water and she REFUSED. I politely return my order (thank goodness I haven’t pay for the second order yet) and am never going back.

Just as everyone else I have finally encountered the rude lady behind the counter. I have been a patron for quite some time and have watched the quality of service decline. Some advice: Don’t request for your bread to be toasted as it wont be. Do however expect your sandwich to look as if it was freshly strangled for your consumption. When picking up your curbside order be sure to unwrap each sub to confirm it is what you ordered. Once you leave there’s no complaining. I placed my 3 pick up orders of 2 subs each. Upon getting my order home, my son noticed his sub was no where to be found despite being on the ticket. I called the store 3xs. No answer. Drove back to the store, only to be told that i was provided with 6 subs. If they were correct was no longer her problem.
I will not waste money at this establishment. Hopefully you’ll stay away also.

The service was great and so was the food. She’s doing a great job considering the amount of pressure i can imagine she’s under… I felt so bad for how overworked she must be. She was fast and on top of everything but dude- one human being can only do so much!!!! Give whoever served me a raise and more help…
