The worst service! Got hung up on! Manger “tried to rectify” but never apologized. He simple said they were under staffed and he had to attend a funeral. I understand life happens. The WORLD is understaffed but to hang up when you’re in the wrong is completely unacceptable. I had to drive up to the restaurant during my lunch to get a refund cause apparently “corporate handles refunds”. Just rude, unprofessional! Would never come back here again. Missing half of my order and my sandwich was a disaster! I’ve attached photos for future customers.

I ordered large platters for a work luncheon and everything turned out perfect. The sandwiches and cookies were great, they gave us plenty of condiments and the service was excellent. The employee Veer provided great customer service and even followed up with us to make sure everything was good. I will definitely visit this location for all of my needs moving forward. Thank you for the great service.

Great subway. The place is always clean, the service quick and the staff extremely nice. This Subway is the model for what a sandwich shop should be like. Much improved over the previous management. The cookies are always fresh too! Strongly recommend!

Just visited the Subway here in Jessup and I was first very impressed with how Clean the store is! The food looked fresh and the person who waited on me named Veer was a pleasure as he immediately greeted me with a smile and welcoming greeting. He was polite, fast and friendly. I eat lunch here a couple times a week. They are the most friendliest people. They have my order, and so many of their other customers orders memorized. Restaurant is always clean and welcoming. Definitely the best subway I have been to!

Hands down the best Subway I’ve ever been too. The service here is unmatched. I eat at this location about 3-4 times a month, and the folks serving the food have my order memorized! The food here is always of the highest quality. I’ve never had any issues with my meal.

I love my neighborhood Subway. Clean all the time regardless of what time of day I visit. Employees are friendly, courteous, and fix our sandwiches as if they were fixing it for themselves. It’s always clean which is a big plus for my family.
