Angle: Polished Luxury, Comfort-Forward
Dinner at Angle at Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa unfolds in a space designed to reassure: clean architectural lines, modern elegance, and a pianist whose live and recorded selections softly fill the room. It’s refined, comfortable, and unmistakably upscale—well aligned with its oceanfront setting.
We began with complementary bread, freshly baked and served warm with grilled Brie and whipped butter. The gluten-free option arrived as toast, but thoughtfully garnished to match the table. Shrimp cocktails and a classic Caesar salad followed—both perfectly serviceable, though fleeting. The shrimp were fresh, but the cocktail sauce, chilled by the dish itself, muted the creamy bite one hopes for, leaving little to linger.
The heart of the menu leans confidently into sauce-forward comfort. Three Cheese Agnolotti, Penne alla Vodka (gluten-free), and torchiette pomodorini all delivered rich, full flavors without excess—generous, cohesive, and satisfying. The Ora King salmon, however, arrived nearly obscured beneath an abundant dill crème fraîche, rendering the fish secondary and the portion modest for its price.
Sides of jumbo asparagus with béarnaise and foraged mushrooms echoed the theme of fine ingredients pushed just a touch too far, with accent flavors leading more than necessary.
Service was polished and professional throughout. A bottle of white wine—priced squarely in luxury-resort territory—paired naturally with the meal.
Angle is stylish, dependable, and pleasant. At close to $500 for four, it delivers exactly what one expects from a luxury resort dining room: comfort, elegance, and an experience that meets its setting with confidence.

We ate here on our last night of our stay at Eau. The server and assistants were attentive and friendly. The piano player added a nice ambiance. The pretzel bread was a nice start. I had the Caesar salad, which was good but nothing to write home about. The organic greens salad was about the same. For the entrees, I had the NY strip and it was perfect. Juicy and flavorful. Perfect temp. You could tell the farm to table difference. He had the grouper, which he felt was good, but again not great. I’d highly recommend staying with the steaks. The sides were baked Mac & cheese and mushrooms. Both were delicious. Desserts were the cheesecake and carrot cake bread pudding. Both were tasty. They brought out a surprise dessert for my birthday which was a nice touch and piano played happy birthday.
One note, I was impressed the manager told the table across from us to get the dog off the booth/table. Honestly it was so off putting. The same dog kept nipping at servers as they walked by. I honestly feel they should’ve asked the dog to leave. At $500 for two, I shouldn’t be listening to aggressive little dogs and watching the owners keep them at the table which is so unsanitary. So I appreciate them sticking to the rules, regardless if it upset that other couple.

Last night, we had dinner to celebrate a friend’s birthday at Angle restaurant in EAU Palm Beach, and the entire experience, from the moment we walked in to the moment we left, was exceptional. The ambiance was inviting, and the service was spot on. Every dish was crafted with creative, exquisite, and super-fresh ingredients.
I had the bison, which was one of the best dishes I’ve had in a long time—truly memorable. The wine selection was thoughtfully curated, and the service was outstanding. Our server, Okay, was very knowledgeable and attentive, enhancing our experience.
Kudos to the chef and the entire staff for making this an unforgettable dining experience. Last night solidified that Angle is one of the best restaurants in Palm Beach. We will definitely be coming back!

My husband and I went to dinner recently for date night. The moment we arrived, the staff knew who we were and greeted us. Everyone was welcoming and kind. The pianist was excellent and atmosphere was beautifully warm and romantic. It was a quiet evening and the service was 10/10! We both ordered from the tasting menu and were happy with our choices. Everything was absolutely delicious and perfectly prepared. It was the best dinner we have had in all the years of our many trips to Palm Beach. It was expensive but well worth it for a special evening out. We highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys delicious food and a nice evening out!

We have always enjoyed this restaurant. It used to be so elegant & alluring. The food & service are still amazing, but the lack of attention-to-detail, elegance, & charm are gone. We dined there this past week, & truly missed the specialty palette cleanser, the glass of champagne, & the mustard with the pretzel bread. These small touches made us remember this special place. Now there are no table cloths, no special decor…. It doesn’t give the vibe of being upscale – and when a meal for two is tentatively $500+? You need to keep that vibe up. Love that it was remodeled, it needed to be, but there can still be elegance added – along with the special compliments from the chef that used to make the restaurant stand out.

We received courtesy valet parking. Although we arrived 35 mins early, we were still seated. We received glasses of complementary premium champagne while we reviewed the menu. The Ceasar salad was large enough to be shared. The bread was warm and delicious, came with two different spreads, along with a Chef’s specialty spread. We ordered bottle water and cocktails (mock for the hubby), both were delicious. We were then presented with a complementary champagne sorbet. For my main course, I had the most tender braised short ribs. My husband had the ribeye with a side of brussel sprouts & whipped potatoes. The dessert was beautifully/artistically displayed; absolutely delicious. The Live Piano Music during our dinner made it extra romantic. Angle Restaurant is a fabulous place for special occasions.
