Yesterday, February 20th, I placed an order through the Mobil app at this restaurant. Since I had bought three footlong sandwiches, I was supposed to get the fourth one free. I’ve been to this restaurant several times. When the employee saw the sandwich was free, he refused to give it to me. He told me I had to buy something in the store to get it, and I told him I didn’t have to buy anything to claim it. He was very rude and said he wouldn’t give it to me just because I hadn’t bought anything at that particular location. The Subway app doesn’t specify which location you have to claim your rewards at. In the end, I wasted time and lost my reward after having already purchased products from Subway.

Yesterday I visited this Subway with my baby, and the experience was extremely uncomfortable and upsetting. Two employees were laughing at my baby in the stroller. One of them even left the cash register just to come look and continue laughing.
The employee who served me was rude, aggressive in his attitude, and made me feel unwelcome, as if he wanted to start an argument. This behavior felt discriminatory and completely unprofessional.
No customer—especially a mother with a baby—should be treated this way. I will not return, and I strongly advise management to address the staff’s behavior and provide proper training on respect and customer service.

I compared this Subway near me right now to the Subway at home in Hagerstown. The one here is horrible, the subs was a 12 inch, was NO where near that size, it was barely a 6 inch!! The ones at home are a 12 inch!! I haven’t ordered one here in Hyattsville since.

I will NEVER again visit this place. Today there was some young kid there who couldn’t understand English. Also, he seemed more focused on what he was preparing for himself in the microwave that he only half-listened to my questions. This is very poor service and it should be mentioned.

I ordered 2 meatball subs with the normal toppings. Provolone, marinara sauce on toasted bread. They didn’t put anything on the sub!! It was so dry!! Its states meatball sub with marinara sauce!! Never ordering from here again!!
