It seems like they have moved to a new location beside the Walmart and it’s absolutely amazing! Very modern and welcoming setting. They have really diligent new employees because the other reviews about the sandwich artists not getting orders right was not the same experience I had. They took mindful care in making my sandwiches and it was by far one of the best Subway franchises I experienced.

I am very disappointed in the service I received here! I placed an order online for the first time, so I was unfamiliar with the website. After I placed my order, I went to go pick it up and assumed everything was fine. Upon returning back to work, I opened up the sandwich and there were a bunch of vegetables on the sandwich that I not only didn’t order, but cannot eat because of allergies. When I noticed this, I called the store to let them know what happened. I spoke with a girl and she said “Since the vegetables were on your order ticket, I made the sandwich correctly so I can’t offer you a refund or make you a new sandwich unless you pay for it.“ Apparently when you order online, they automatically add almost every vegetable to your sandwich that they offer there. I’m not the kind of person to leave bad reviews, but in this instance I felt like it was necessary. I have worked in customer service for several years and know how to deliver great customer service. What I experienced that day was so poor and I am disappointed that nobody offered to help me. I spent a total of $17 on food that I could not eat! It all went to waste and that makes me even more upset given the fact that there are a lot of people who can’t afford food. I really wish they would do better by their customers. I also used to work for Subway when I was younger, and I never delivered service like this 🙁

I bought $65 worth of subs from them at around 2pm today for a meeting. The 2 employees very carefully made my sandwiches and were very polite, patient, and focused. I’ve seen people more carelessly make subs, but these 2 weren’t like that. I think this was my best subway experience. This location is good! Thank you for the great service!

Absolutely deplorable service. Girls that were serving us literally took 20 minutes to prepare food for our family of 4. That includes 2 children that just got pizza. I’ve literally never seen someone take 5 minutes cutting and pizza before. No sense of urgency in helping customers, the music is so loud we can’t even heard each other across the table and the spinach looked wilted. Food didn’t look properly stocked and nobody here seems to care. The apple juice that my son drank also expired almost an entire month ago.

The staff was amazing! Extremely helpful and obliging to all my needs. I know to some it’s just a sandwich however to me it was more. I’m pregnant and can’t have anything that has been sitting for to long especially tuna. But today I really wanted a tuna sub. And they made it happen! Even opened up a new thing of tuna that was just made just for me. I was impressed by the great customer service.

The worst experience ever the guy refuse sold me because he at purposely increase the price adding me extras that I did not ask for. When I asked to talk with manager he said I am the owner. It is not the first time that happened something wrong there however, I promise that is the last time.Zero stars !!!!

Went to get the new subway fresh melt took the manager forever to make. Then they just put the melt in the bag and puts it in the oven nothing special just paid an extra dollar for cheese. Its all smashed up in the bag everything falling out. Its not pressed no grill marks just a warmed up sandwich. Then they tell us we don’t have that oven there but they advertise it. Which is false advertisement.

the worst subway i’ve ever been to. i have a short 30 minute break at my job and i placed the order at 12pm. my break started at 1:30. i thought i was going to be late for my order but nope, they hadn’t even made it yet. i asked the lady for my order and she was like “i haven’t had time to make it” i said i ordered it an hour ago….. she said “i’ve been busy.” so i got in line and waited in line for her to finally make my already late online order. needless to say, i wish there was a corporate number because she shouldn’t be working in food service or at subway. will not be going back to this location.
