I have been coming here for 3 months. The staff when I first came seemed unfriendly. But since I come and get lunch at least 3times a week they are really friendly now. They greet me when I come in. And ask me am I getting what I usually get.
Thier have been times I’ve even been given free cookies or a drink. I’m nice to them all the time I even ask how they are doing and always say something nice when I leave. Being nice can change a whole lot from what I see.
My food is always hot and fresh and the way I order it.
Only thing that I see can be improved is if the can keep the panhandlers out of the store.

Worst Customer Service Anywhere! They are SOO RUDE to customers! I’ve witnessed them CUS customers out! I’ve never once been in this location and not seen/heard the employees arguing and all out fighting with the customers!
I placed in order on the app, then immediately called to have it cancelled due to sending order to wrong location! And they first didn’t answer then answered less than 2 mins after I placed my order claiming it was already made?!? Yet, I never mentioned my name order number order details etc! They proceeded to hang up on me! So the guy at the subway I meant to send the order to told me to call them back, and they hung up on me again before confirming any or my information! Smh
The are obnoxiously disrespectful to their customers as if it’s entertainment for them?!?
I for one do not appreciate this disrespectful customer service in the slightest bit! I am from an area where businesses respect their customers! Well the employees at 5814 Silver Hill Road Subway do NOT respect their customers
And they are proud of it! As they know they can treat customers with ZERO respect, because they are the only 24 hour subway!
This location is ALWAYS this disrespectful! Today was just the straw that broke the camels back! The nerve to hang up on a customer for soliciting your business is completely unacceptable!
If there is an owner or district manager reading this feedback, I beg you to clean up this disrespect immediately! This is beyond unprofessional and fully unacceptable! Please Help!
I usually try to avoid this location at all cost solely due to how poorly I and all customers are grantees to be treated!

01/13/2026- I ordered the 5” Tuna Sub , no cheese, with the works ( yellow peppers, black olives, green peppers, ️, lettuce, ,tomatoes, cucumber, and sweet onion sauce!!!! Whew! Yum and yum!!!

Had a large order. They men were rude and did not have the capacity to handle a large order. The bread was old and the toppings were mediocre at best. I will never patronize at this location ever again. It should not be open in my community.

Came to this subway to purchase three sandwiches, the man who was making my sandwiches had a nasty attitude from the start. When 2 other customers walked in him and the other male employee started talking in their language and laughing at them. When he got to my sandwiches he didn’t put enough tomatoes on two of the sandwiches so I asked for more, he put extra on one but the other one he only put two tomatoes . I asked for three more and he said “I charge you $2 extra for extra tomatoes”, he wanted to overcharge me for three extra tomatoes. I told him that it’s not extra for vegetables, then he started pointing up at the board above and that it was stated above when it isn’t and never has been. I turned around and started walking out and he started screaming “don’t come back to this store.”. These foreign men have NO RESPECT FOR WOMEN!!! I will NEVER spend my money here again. I will not spend my money at a place that does not respect me as a customer.

I didn’t appreciate one of the employees here begging for tips! I told him no! I have no idea why he expected a tip! This isn’t a full-service restaurant! Furthermore, after I paid my son wanted a soda which came up to $2.85. He paid with a $5.00. The man put the change in the tip jar! My son is autistic and doesn’t fully grasp money yet. I took the money back. Beware of an employee here that begs for tips and takes advantage of persons with disabilities!

They have a metal cover blocking the view of the meat now. I didn’t know how I felt about that. My instructions on how I wanted my sandwich wasn’t followed, nor for a couple others I saw. A staff hesitated to warm my cookies which came out in the morning they said, now it’s late afternoon. Not to mentioned witnessing a staff picking up a young customer’s wrapped item to sell after it fell on the floor. I initially get good customer service, but I’m not about what has happened. They may not get any more support from me unfortunately.

Ordered several order totaling 10 subs. Used a combination of my debit card and some credit. I submitted them online via the Subway site. I got there and could see my order(s), however me giving my name which is a very unique name and knowing exactly how many subs there should be AND WHAT KINDS was not enough. The Subway employee refused to give me my prepaid orders and demanded I show my email confirmation for each. After about a 10-15 minute exchange, he gave me 8 of the 10 subs. The system did not send a confirmation for 2 subs however I showed the teammates where I clearly was charged. They did not care, there were other customers who had the exact same problem present, they demanded those people pay again or leave. They told us that they would not refund either. I stayed, they eventually went into a system and was able to see my other order that they hadn’t even made and it was now 45 minutes after my order pick up time. No apologies just reluctantly made the order. They are not there to serve the community. Customer service is disrespectful. Not very brand and feels discriminatory….
