This is the WORST subway location ever. Got my online order wrong 3 times in 1 day, as if the order isn’t listed out. The first time the employee corrected my order and actually made my sandwich so good it made me want to come back later that day. This time the OWNER MAHAMAD with the NASTIEST ATTITUDE I EVER SEEN made my sandwich incorrectly, then upon remaking the sandwich gave me HALF the amount of turkey and cheese that’s was supposed to come on the sandwich trying to be cheap! When I told him he did not give me what I ordered or paid for he claims to have given me a refund that I have not received. How you get mad at me for YOU being wrong.

Subway as a whole should be ashamed of the amount of tuna they give you on a wrap! It’s already bad enough that they charge extra for a wrap but to get this little bit of tuna is a rip off. In addition to that the man that works at this location during the week is extremely rude, very unfriendly. They need some Chick-fil-A training on customer service. Treating customers like $h!t when we are the reason why you have a job/business in the first place is beyond me! I only come here because I work on the base, I will definitely not be returning to this location! I work hard for my money and giving it to a jerk like him isn’t a option. He acts this way every time. I will also tell my co-workers not to come here any longer. I’ll use the other exit from the base and drive to Clinton just to get better treatment.

The worst customer service I’ve ever seen. This is the second time dealing with him. I asked for the Boss which came with a coupon buy one footlong get one free. Why he took 4 meatballs cut them up into 4 pieces each and put a bunch of sauce on it. I told him that sub doesn’t look like the picture on the wall and he said the picture was double meat. I told him to take both subs and put them where the sun don’t shine.

Do not eat here, the foreign gentleman working, short with glasses was messing up orders,. Dropped a sub roll on floor, picked it up put it back on a tray. They don’t support military or veterans, no discounts. Terrible place never again.

My experience with Subway on Suitland Road was not the best. I was approximately 5 o’clock p.m. and I had a 6 inch tuna on whole wheat bread. The bread was barely baked, very much like doe. Most of the chairs were on top of the table. This made me feel as if they were preparing for closure. I sat in to eat as I waited for some car services to be performed on my car from across the street of the Subway. Two young gentlemen came in, ordered and sat down to eat. The young lady working behind the counter shouted out to the guys as she bobbed her head and rolled her kneck, ” put the chairs back up on the table when you finished eating, like I had them”. I was stunned with disbelief that an employee would treat a customer in this manner. Does she not know that if it weren’t for the customers, she would not have a job. I felt so uncomfortable after that, I threw out my sandwich and my drink and left the Subway store. Not good!!!!!

Tuna was old. They only give half portions of the meat. They filled the spoon only half way. I had to ask for double meat just to get the normal amount. Will never be coming back to this location and I would hope that others would try a different location also.
