This has been the worse Subway I have ever been to. The Latino lady who made my pizza charged me extra for the cheese that goes on top of the ingredients. She said if you don’t like it you can leave.

I placed a delivery order that got canceled, I called and realized it was because my phone number was wrong so they couldn’t confirm. I told the lady that I fixed it and would place another order. She said ok. I placed a new one, they NEVER called me, and canceled again. So I placed a THIRD order and I called them immediately to confirm. They declined my call and I left a message saying I just want to confirm it so I can get my food and left my phone number. They canceled my order AGAIN in under what was like 5 minutes. I kept trying to reach out and they sent me to voicemail every time. Wasted over $60 dealing with these people that hopefully I’ll be getting back. I’m not ordering from this restaurant again if they can’t even be bothered to work with their customers to resolve a simple issue.

Usually stop pass this location when im near. Today right after lunch rush the lettuce was visibly with brown spots so i asked for fresh lettuce. The spanish lady who is very nice said that they didn’t have any fresh lettuce for another 30mins. This is never the practice in a better neighborhood Subway. If the lettuce isnt fresh then why is it out for consumption? Unfortunately, i will not return or recommend this location after this transaction.

I placed an order for delivery at this location over an hour ago. First red flag was when they charged my card for the order but never sent me a confirmation email or sent me to a confirmation page on the website to review my order. I’ve been calling to check the status of my order for 45 minutes, the phone rings 3 times, no answer, goes straight to a voice mailbox that is full.
What the he!! kind of business are they running??! Now I have to call my bank and dispute the charge because of their trash a** business practices because I know they’re not coming. Don’t waste your time ordering from this location
