I went in to redeem reward for my birthday but the guy was so rude. He kept rushing for us to complete our order and he was just not listening. I asked for everything except onions but I’m guessing he was too busy chatting with his coworker to listen. And he didn’t even give everything else! All he put was lettuce and tomato. At the register, he was even ruder and when the QR code didn’t work, he just shrugged and continued to talk with coworker. 0 customer service, didn’t say anything like have a nice day etc. Don’t waste your time there.

First I’ve been to a subway that barely has anything. Only bread available was wheat and regular Italian. Of course they charge you for a bag we used to get while checking out. I asked him to place a sticker on the paper so my sandwich won’t fall out of the wrapping he told me it’s 5cents!!!!! For a sticker??? I will be contacting corporate as well. His customer service was awful

Been coming to this location since the 2000s and the service and food have never been an issue. Employees are great, polite and very helpful all the time. Food is always made in good quality time! Delfino is always the best! Best service and makes sandwiches perfect

Ordered 2 subs. The meatball had the most problems, no cheese (ordered provolone) and 6 meatballs where there should be 8 and it wasn’t toasted as requested. Yes I did eat anyway, driving back there was more bother than it’s worth. Just wish the order was correct from the get go.

Walked in with about 10 minutes to closing. Wanted to order 3 subs and knew exactly what was needed. Was told it was only credit. I’m quite sure because they had already cashed out as I watched him red set the coin dispenser. Then when I asked for 2 of the sandwiches to be toasted I was told that the toaster wasn’t working. That it was broken yet was suspicious clean …. Looking like it was just cleaned up. The person behind the counter wanted to start an argument with me when I made a face showing that I thought that he was lying to me. He started to raise his voice with me when I continued to look at him the same way and order my food. They had the lights out and door locked 2 minutes before closing. Has your customer service really gone down the toilet like this??? Looks like Firehouse or J Mikes for me now.
