I was so disappointed today at the subway’s on lanham Severn rd. After giving “outstanding” reviews for their subs, that the woman make….today they had a Spanish guy there, who was making “THE BREAD SUBS”…. I call them that , because it was more “BREAD” than anything else ! !
I ordered the “TITAN Turkey” today that is supposed to have 30% more turkey…,.it was 4 skinny slices on each half of the whole sub! It was supposed to have 2x provolone cheese…NOPE!
Flat as a pancake, when i closed it !
Apparently he needs more training..,plus i never got my provolone cheese!! $15 wasted on 2 subs ….
Careful if you go there ….only let the girls make your subs…..or just burn your money… because that’s all thats going to happen !

Tried to get a sandwich and they were “closed”early. I was refused service even though I was inside almost 10 minutes before closing. There was a customer being served when I arrived, and they still would not make my sandwich.

My spouse and I arrived and parked at the Subway at 9:24 pm. Based on the hours online and printed on the door, they close at 10 pm. When my spouse went to open the door, the store attendant locked the door in his face, told him no, proceeded to walk away to turn off the lights as if the lights weren’t just on, and sat back down to continue scrolling on his phone. Poor customer service and will not be going back to this location.

Don’t listen to the reviews, most of them are just botted reviews. I ordered some food for delivery. The dasher did not send the order to my house. I respectfully called subway to resolve this issue by asking for a refund. The person at the phone which I believe is the manager was rudely brushing me off. He would not listen to anything I say and disrespectfully keep on hanging up on me. I call and call again to get my issue resolved and he keeps on cutting me off every time I try to respectfully explain my issue to them and end up hanging up abruptly. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever seen from any restaurant because the owner of this particular subway restaurant kept on being rude and aggressive. At the end of the day, I still have not got my issue resolved.

The worse subway I have ever visited.
Spinach was old like 10 days and was turning black. I ask the person and he said his delivery will come tomorrow. So why then he put the old one for customer? I will never visit that location again

I’ve ordered from this particular location 2 or 3 times. Never busy and very quick service. They have tables so you can sit down and enjoy your meal. Delicious fresh ingredients. A pleasant experience.

My experience in this Subway was the worst. One, the employees do not cover their face with their masks at all. Two, the employees seem tired and annoyed while serving the food. There is one specific employee who has given me dirty looks. This employee even gave those same looks to my own mother. That is completely disrespectful. I would not suggest others to come to this Subway.

My experience wasn’t the best but wasn’t bad either. I only found one thing wrong which seem to be a very important thing especially during a pandemic. I notice the lady that made my sandwich was touching everything (door knobs etc) without changing her gloves. So I kindly asked her if she didn’t mind changing her gloves before she proceeded to make to my sandwich and she did. But I thought to my self this is something they should do anyway. But other than that everything was fine.

Most of the time I deal with very nice and courteous people. This last visit was not so much. Oliver can use a lesson in being courteous. I should not have to stand for 2-3mins before being acknowledged. Then having to repeat myself several times due to the fact he was on the phone or listening to music. Then to lay my receipt on the counter. Ugh! That’s a NO NO! Very clean which is a must though

I will NOT go back to this establishment. They do N0T fully cover their face with face mask. I’ve observed employees noses exposed on more than one occasion, while serving food. Completely disgusting. Follow the county mandate or find another job.
