Nice change from the usual taco joint. This is a relatively small restaurant with a full length bar and a friendly vibe. Outdoor seating almost doubles capacity. They have a limited menu, but what they have is well prepared and fresh. We started with chips and delicious queso which required mixing, and a little cooling down to stay on the chips. The burrito and taco were very good. Seems like a great place to meet your “peps” for a quick bite and adult beverages. Service was great.

On my way home from visiting my son at college in South Carolina and found this on maps. The food was so fresh and tasted amazing! We ordered chicken tacos, rice, and chips and salsa and it was all so good! I did a call in order, and it was ready on time and was super quick and easy to pick up. Will definitely be back!
Also I’m guessing things are cheaper in Georgia maybe but the chicken taco was $4 which is normal for everywhere I’ve been and they are rarely that good. I think the food is worth the price as every time I eat out it is so expensive even at Mc Donald’s and at least you are getting fresh food.

Chips were crisp and warm. Salsa missed the mark-tasted like taco seasoning—and super thick…fresh ingredients would meld together without adding taco seasoning Al Pastor street taco was the best thing we tried. The Pollo street taco chicken was dry and not really flavorful
Chicken multi deluxe burrito was good per my husband.

This would be a five star review if the food wasn’t so expensive.
The chips are a bit flavorless without the guacamole and you don’t get a lot of guac for $5.
Their tacos are good but take a long time and are a lot for their portion.
The music and atmosphere were good additions to our cocktails which were delicious. I had the tiki rum dark and stormy and my girlfriend had the watermelon mojito.
Overall this place is better than tequila’s and dos amigos in Madison and has great potential but it’s only worth it for drinks and a snack, not a dinner.

Incredible service! Top notch bar and Mixologists! The food is Incredible, the Lamb Barbacoa is near perfect. A different spin on Carnitas, these were almost light. A nice combination of a salsa Verde, and fresh lime and cilantro. The Al Pastor is forward on the pineapple in all of the best ways. The chips are lightly seasoned and perfectly crisp, the guacamole is smooth, and balanced: hints of garlic, red onion, cilantro, and lime. We closed with flan, rich, thick, velvety flan! Easily the best restaurant in Madison.

The food was excellent. The service was on point. I got a good laugh at the El Luchador masks behind the bar and artwork on the walls. I will be back. Very reasonably priced!

The watermelon mojito was good and the waitstaff were nice. That’s all that I can say that’s good. The street tacos are tiny and are sold individually. We ended up spending $75 for two people (tacos, queso, two cocktails, and tip.) We were both still hungry but my husband couldn’t bring himself to finish his Al pastor taco. He said the meat was way over cooked and grainy. My carnitas and my pollo de tinga taco weren’t much better. The chicken was cold and everything was pretty bland though the green sauce they put on top helped. Carnitas meat was also overcooked with big pieces of just pork fat. All in all, we wouldn’t go back and we feel ripped off. Mad is how you’ll feel after eating here.

Fun little taco restaurant. Definitely a place to try. Service was quick and friendly. The restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. The street tacos were nicely flavored and reasonably price.
We ate here for lunch but it looked like they might be a fun evening spot with a bar.

The bartender was so helpful. I don’t remember her name but she had dark hair and tattoos. She was very experienced and explained the menu to me and made suggestions.

Hi quality food! Great service and phenomenal margaritas. I loved our two bartenders. Very kind and tentative. I’m so excited to have something new with a good vibe in Madison. Only downfall, is being closed on Sundays. Other than that, GO… it’s worth it. The mushroom taco and habanero margarita were my two favorites of the night. To the people complaining about the price…. go to Dos Amigos in town, spend less and get less of a quality of food. You get what you pay for and I’ll gladly pay more for better tasty food.
