After feeding quarters to the air pump to inflate a low tire and it not working I went inside to get my money back or see if they could get it working the manager told me they knew it was broke. They should put a sign on it or something so people don’t put money in it and can’t get it back. They thought it was funny.

I originally gave 4 stars but after the last 3 times ordering subs online and being told there was a 30 minute wait time…… when in actuality I waited an hour plus. I have been told “we got really busy”. I get that but don’t let the teenage employees stand around chit chatting instead of working.

Last night I started placing an online order for this location and the app was acting up and it stated that I could pick up until 10:15, so after the order went through I wasn’t sure that it was delivered so I called the store and told the young man about my issues and he said No, it was to late to place an order because the subway closed at 10..I told him that I placed the order prior to 10pm and he said we didn’t get one and that they were closed . Well after I hung up I checked my bank account and they had taken the money out for my order?? So I guess they just had somewhere to be and decided to play the WE DID NOT RECEIVE ANY ORDERS CARD?? So I was rather upset because now I didn’t have anything to eat for dinner.
