The crew working right now as I am writing this review @ 12:30 pm was awesome. The General manager (Ms. R) moved so fast to get in the building to stand at the line and take orders. While the crew was on point. They moved the line inside and the outside so fast. Great job.

Food was hot. But I had a problem with order. I repeatedly told the guy my order then was interrupted and assured it was correct. “I got it, I got it”. Is what he said. Paid and proceeded to get my food only to have the order wrong. Guy tries to argue me down that I only order what they fixed. I replied ” I asked you repeatedly and you cut me off saying”I got it I got it”. When you obviously didn’t have it. I was super side eyed and eye rolled to death Note to you guys, not everyone is trying to make your day or night hard. Sometimes the customer is always right☺️ Smile it’s ok enjoy your day

Don’t waste your time with this place in the morning if you’re in a hurry and you go inside to order they only cater to the drive thru they might take you after waiting five to ten minutes then you’ll wait another five to ten minutes waiting for a breakfast burrito

First time coming here the food was decent better than other burgers kinds I have been too . I got charged for barbecue sauce and I ordered chicken nuggets? I’m confused. The workers made me feel like the energy was off when I asked for a barbecue sauce also wanted to ask her for her name but it made me uncomfortable.

Pulled up for mozzarella sticks and they were hot and fresh and didn’t take long. Update from Novemver 2025 visit: the mozzarella sticks were not fresh.

Stopped here on 3/19 around 21:30 and I ordered three
items one being a whopper with extra pickle.
Once home I discovered I only had the standard 2
pickles, maybe 3 on my whopper.
Mind you I used to work for BK for over a year
in my past so I know how the food should be
prepared. So people may say what is the big
deal? The big deal is this: Any employee should
do their job plain and simple. Do your job!!
If you do not like your job then leave as soon
as you can. But providing poor customer
service is unacceptable. I was young once and
viewed fast food jobs as just something to
do to get a check, but I matured and learned
that IT IS IMPORTANT FOR WORKERS TO
GIVE CUSTOMERS A QUALITY PRODUCT.
The brand is depending on its customers to
do just this. So Do Your Job!! If the order is
for extra mustard give them extra mustard.

I did drive thru i ordered some food for my sister and it was rung up wrong I told them I wanted my food made a certain way by the time my sister got home with the order she said it was all wrong her burgers where not made right I had the same issue but at a different location
