Have been going here on a weekly basis for some time now, seems like overall quality of pizza has gone down since their opening, it just doesn’t taste the same, and you can go to Corner Carry-Out or a Burchmart for better gas-station pizza. while the subway has seemed to hold steady on it’s ok quality. It is always seemingly clean. Prices are a little high, but, that is to be expected from a convenience store. There is nothing bad about the place, but nothing special about it either. Staff is friendly. Customers aren’t the best crowd.

The subway staff complained that customers kept coming and she never ate or finished get lunch. She was also rude, so I ordered my food through the app. I sat and waited for my food to be prepared. She got my order and left it hanging up till another staff asked about it. 20 mins later my food was getting made. On my order, I asked for “more” veggies. I received little to none. Today will be the last time my family will go to this location.

This is a very nice looking Subway and gas station. The subway sandwich artists are always friendly and make great sandwiches. The ingredients always look fresh when I go, and not old and wilted or shrivelling. I have not been back to the Burchmart one in Charlotte Hall since this one opened.

Simply the best Subway in the tri- County area.Staff is always courteous, they take care in getting the order right. I eat subway several times a week, and Love when I get to stop here on Mondays. Cudo’s to the staff!

I ordered a spicy Italian and it’s nothing short of a pepperoni sandwich, quarter of a way through my footlong I bit into a peice of plastic packaging, this was moments ago and I won’t be bothering with a refund because of the unpleasant buying experience the first time. When checking out the servers didn’t include both sandwiches on one order and whilst fixing this simple mistake the cashier grew agitated toward us.

A brand new place and there fountain drink dispenser has been jacked up since the first few weeks of the grand opening. Months later and it srill sprays soda everywhere. Management obviously doesn’t care to get it fixed and quite frankly its just flat out ridiculous. Guess I will have to find a new place to get my refills.
