Did an online order for their wings, got home opened it up and this is the celery that was in the box. Smelled rotten, looks rotten. Can’t believe they would serve this. Otherwise the wings were great.

The Jasons in Brunswick is far superior. I was excited to see this in Brewer but it sadly wasn’t the same. While waiting curbside for our food, we watched two employees (one guy with a beard/goatee who was doing the dough) stand there talking more than they were actually working so it took far longer than what it should have to get our order. Way past the time it said online. Not only that, but Chatty Kathy was stretching the pizza dough out and practically touching his beard with it, which was not covered with any hair net, etc. Barf. The pizza seemed really hot when we got it and drove home to Waterville. Everything was still warm when we got home except the ricotta on my Quad, which was cold and gross and I’m not sure what is wrong with it but something isn’t right. The dollops of sauce they put on my pizza almost covered the pizza and that’s why I get the quad, for less sauce and how good the ricotta is. Not this time. My husband enjoyed his meat pizza and their dessert while I haven’t touched it, you can’t really screw up a giant chocolate chip cookie, or can you? Disenchanted.

Jason’s is a good pizza place. We have been to a couple now, in different areas, and not been disappointed. Staff was friendly and service was quick. Not sure why the chain has decided to not give marinara sauce with their calzone’s. You have to pay extra for it. At least they tasted good.

Usually decent, but today was atrocious. First off, a 40 minute wait to pick up an ice cold pizza that tastes like it’s been sitting out the entire 40 minutes. It literally has no sauce, and is thin crust when I didn’t ask for any of that. These guys better smarten up and start giving some refunds or something because this is not how my food that I pay good money for is supposed to be. This is ridiculous! Worse pizza around right now, they used to be one of the best.

What can I say if you want a real cheese steak this is the closest thing you’re going to get to Philadelphia trust me I’m from Philadelphia. Jason’s is the closest thing you will have to real cheesesteaks. And there other food is good too

I placed my order for pick up before I left my house in Holden. When I got there 20 minutes later I was told they didn’t have my order. But they recalled speaking with me and taking my order. I was promised my food will be ready in 15 minutes as they were putting in my order at that point. I decided to go to hannaford to kill some time and I returned 25 minutes later. Still no food. I waited patiently still no apology from the younger gentleman that took my order and lost it. Simple order of 1 large pepperoni pizza and 1 lbs bone in Buffalo wings. About 10 more minutes later they give me my food. All of 5 wings that weighed 12 oz and a very dry pepperoni pizza. You can do better Jason’s. Disappointed.

I live near the Hammond St location but tbh brewer will get my business. The difference between those two are insanely day and night. Much better quality and care of preparation from brewer.

Ordered a pizza and sub for delivery. The sub wasn’t made correctly, didn’t have any vinegar on it. And the pizza I ordered was even worse. They also sent the wrong soda. Was only in town for a concert but don’t recommend ordering delivery from this place. Was clear they didn’t care about the quality or even reading the way the food was actually ordered.
