here I’ve been to many Subway locations, and this one near the airport consistently gives the smallest portions I’ve ever seen. The amount of toppings and meat they put on the sandwiches is noticeably thinner than every other Subway I’ve been to.

Considering this is a busy airport location and I’m a paying customer, I’d expect to be treated with a little more respect instead of being skimmed on food every time. It feels like they’re trying to cut corners at the customer’s expense.

What makes this more frustrating is that I’ve been a very loyal Subway customer over the years. At other locations, the staff recognized that and treated me well — fair portions, good service, and mutual respect. This location feels like the complete opposite: rushed, careless, and inconsistent with basic customer service standards.

If you come here, be prepared to ask for extra of everything, or you’ll leave with a very disappointing sandwich.


I also find the service here feels biased and inconsistent. The staff often seem to give more attention and better treatment to certain customers who are loud, slow, or hold up the line, while respectful customers are rushed and skimmed.

I come in polite, straightforward, and ready to order, yet I’m treated with less respect and given noticeably smaller portions than others. It feels like there’s clear favoritism instead of fair, equal service for everyone.

Im tired of working a hard day and walking into a bunch of careless employees who think its goof off hour and don’t show any discipline to their work ethics but wants tips and a pay check.

Had a meeting at Dulles Airport today and needed a quick bite, so I stopped by the Subway located inside the Sunoco gas station. The service was quick and efficient—perfect for someone on the go. The prices were consistent with other Subway locations, and everything was fresh and made just the way I ordered it.

One of the nice bonuses is that it’s attached to a 7-Eleven, so if I’d wanted to grab a snack, drink, or anything extra, I had plenty of options. Their drink selection was endless. There’s also plenty of seating both inside and outside, which made it a really convenient place to stop, eat, and recharge for a few minutes before heading back out.

Made a mobile order for in-store pickup. This Subway stands side-by-side from the Laredo Taco, inside the 7 Eleven convenience store, together with the Sunoco Gas Station, in the Washington Dulles Airport complex area. Arrived after 25 minutes, and my sub was waiting on the counter with two oatmeal raisins cookies inside. No greeting from staff. Got a small cup for my lemonade from the fountain beverage machine. There were a few ingredients missing in our subs – no tomatoes nor banana peppers nor parmesan cheese.

The staff special, the girl she is very rude and she’s not clean herself. She’s dirty and I asked her to change the gloves and she said no she doesn’t want to change the gloves and she’s very dirty and she’s very rude. I recommend anyone don’t go to the subway I don’t eat this place

No lines here! It is tucked at the extreme end of the C Concourse, well away from the crowds. You get your food fast, because you are first to order. I had the 6-inch veggie delite sub, and appreciated that the price with tax was definitely under $8 … really a deal these days in airport food. The sandwich-maker was pleasant, courteous and easy to work with

Never tip with a credit card on this location!!!!!!
Great location always nice people in the front and I get nice service I come almost everyday.
Recently I found out the owner keeps all the credit card tips to him self which is meant for employees.
Which is outrageous!!
You should be ashamed of yourself for stealing from your employees!!!

The young boy charged me .50 for extra cheese that already comes with the pizza. And sat and laughed at me when I asked for the manager. Even the picture has cheese on top of the toppings.
