After receiving a sandwich with waaaaaay too much mustard (my husband picked it up for me), I returned to the counter to suggest they use less another time. With no hesitation, the guys there offered to make a new sandwich and did so very cheerfully. A kind reaction, and very much appreciated!

Someone charged me for an extra meal. I bought one meal around 8am then bought a coffee at starbucks 20 minutes later then someone there charged me for the exact meal price at the subway. Everyone check your bank statements online. See if you got robbed.

Every time I have patronized this establishment, in the day time & the two Latina women are there, it’s a “HORRIBLE ” experience. Today, 1/24/2019 @ approximately 11am, I noticed that their work area was untidy, the trays of food (cold- cuts & vegetables) had pieces of other foods mixed in, crumbs, and the lettuce was brown & wilted. Their using gloves, but they’re touching everything, including their hair & wiping off their clothing; then have the audacity to want to serve the sandwich with the same gloves on. Their attitude is sub-par, completely disrespectful, and utterly an extremely poor example of quality customer service. They’re sooooooooooo unprofessional !!!! I’ve complained several times, but evidently, they’re done “nothing ” to address their behavior. I don’t only give poor reviews, I took the opportunity to share with them how completely opposite their overnight male employee acts & treat every customer I see him interact with, with the utmost respect & have forged positive relationships with them. He greet’s customers with a smile, I see him cleaning up, keeping the food trays presentable & have told managment, that he need to be clowned ! For, he makes customers want to return. But since these two ladies refuse to show decorum & care about the food they serve, or even practicing the food & drug guidelines, next time, I’m just going to call the health department, instead asking to correct things on-the-spot, because I shouldn’t be the one needing to point these things out to them. If they cared or had more management oversight, I could just simply come in, purchase my items as intended & leave. I won’t be buying any food there, anytime soon unless its during the overnight shift; so I can rest assure to get quality service from someone that cares how he represents himself & the company which employs them.

One of the worst places. It just ruined my day. The people are so rude and unprofessional. I don’t even understand why would you hire someone like that. There were 2 attendants and carry really bad attitude towards customers. Very ill mannered and unethical.

The lady and the gentleman are really rude and unprofessional. The chicken they provided was uncooked and the place is not tidy. I suggest you guys to never go to this place. They have no sense on how to behave with customers. The lady laughed over apologising when given the feedback.

Poor customer service: I pulled up at the subway at washington dulles international airport at Z gates area. 08/19/2018 time 10: 47 and i met this black lady arranging the trash she said “give me a second “ i was like ok and she didn’t attend to me for the next 5 min and i was time schedule this pissed me off

Took forever to get served, and I was the only customer. Start my order and there are no olives and no banana peppers (There aren’t even empty containers for them like they ran out). I gave it 2 stars because itsi basically half a subway as there were so many other ingredients missing that I don’t order.
