Stopped here for a quick bite. I had had Subway’s foot long pepperoni dipper before and enjoyed it. Ordered two here. Instead of being a flat bread covered with pepperoni and cheese, then rolled up, I got two slices of pepperoni and a miniscule bit of cheese per half. I am very confident this is not how subway intends them to be made. Someone is intentionally ripping off their customers at this location. See pics.

Subway has the best healthy food for kids and family value. Excellent pricing. Good location with plenty parking. I love the aroma of fresh bread sandwiches. Hard-working young men are in training. Give them a chance. Clean facility. Service is great with good team and management. Best Subway to work and serve. Kudo.

The NEW rolled up Dippers are a rip off. I give 2 stars for the delicious cheesy dip that came with it. it was basically a rolled up tortilla with two bites of chicken inside. I hope this isn’t the new normal. Their sandwiches are always really super great.

DONT EVER DO ONLINE ORDER. What is the point of doing being proactive, placing an online order, if it takes longer than just going and ordering? This is the 5th time I’ve done a online order, show up, they haven’t even started the order until I get there. Isn’t online ordering suppose to be more efficient and less time consuming? Not once, not one time have they prepared the order ready for pick up. Please please manage your employees in a competent matter.

My Son and I went to Subway around 3:00 pm on Sunday, January 7th and the place was empty, but the 3 employees behind the counter were making subs. We waited to place our order and no one looked up, said hello, or even acknowledged that we were in store. After waiting 6 minutes, we decided to leave. As we were leaving, I told the guy behind the counter (the 2 women had walked by us and went into the back) that we were leaving because of how long we waited and not being acknowledge. His response was “we’re busy.” He didn’t apologize, or even look at me when he spoke to me for that matter. I left and went to another Subway where we were greeted as soon as we entered the store. I will never go back to the Subway in South Riding. Busy or not, at least acknowledge that you have customers waiting. Say hello, or we’ll be with you in a minute, or make eye contact, but DO NOT ignore people who have entered your store.

The Heavy-set Hispanic woman, who ironically I think is the manager of this location is extremely rude on a daily basis. I come in often and she seems constantly annoyed or mad. If you don’t like your job find a new one.

Really bad experience today at this subway with online order, I arrived bit early for pick up and found out that the person making sandwich was just throwing veggies on the bread and not interested in putting things properly and on top he added lots of salt on all the sandwiches which made it very difficult to eat.. almost wanted to go back and take sandwich back but was so tired off work and couldn’t feel like going back… btw I am regular on this shop but never had such bad experience

I’m not sure what the problem is with the lady making the sandwiches today. I placed an app order which has clear instructions on the type of bread & she made the sandwich with a different kind of bread. She is frustrated to make another one and complains that I chose too much vegetables. Is she giving it for free?

Unfortunately, Subway has removed the chicken breast from their menu. They replaced it with some really nasty chopped chicken. I’m disappointed. It was the only other meat, minus the bacon, that I’d order on the menu. A very odd choice to get rid of the tasty chicken and keep the gross alternative. RIP the chicken breast! :'(
