Store consistently screws up online orders in mind baffling ways. Staff is useless. When you go in they are often missing ingredients. Overall the worst subway in NOVA.

I was at location at 9:50 PM. Closing time was 10 PM and still lady told me they are closed while they were serving one man at the same time. Really disappointed and disgusted with the difference in service for different people.

Best part about this location is that it is open until midnight. I suggest however that they allow dining until midnight. I think it is carry out only after 11pm.

If I can give a zero star I would . The staff was unfriendly and not helpful at all. I have ordered online and my order show in my app that it was ready for pickup. I have shown to the lady at the store but she keep insisting that she does not have my order . I show her on the app that I have paid and it is ready for pick up 5 times. She still insisted that she does have my order until I called the store Manager and the order was on a rack in the back ready to pick up 10 min ago.

Worst customer service. I specifically told the lady 4 times I wanted a KIDS SANDWICH. She sliced a 6inch. Upon paying I told the “manager” I asked for a kids however the lady making it did not understand. She charged me for a 6inch. Another employee offered to make it again (an employee who spoke English). The “manager” responded to her in Spanish, “no don’t waste food” not knowing I understood. Had it not been for my wife being there I would’ve left all the sandwiches there and walked out. TERRIBLE SERVICE. And by the amount of 1 star reviews with no feedback, that says a lot about how much management cares. Shut that place down and make a Jersey Mike’s please.

Probably the worst subway location. They haven’t had the Italian herbs and cheese bread in over weeks. The staff is rude and doesn’t understand English, and their machine to scan and earn loyalty points doesn’t work. How is that possible? The franchise owners must not care about quality or customers. Will write a complaint to their corporate office.

The worker did not know how to make any of the premade sandwich’s and didn’t know any of the cheeses, meats, or veggies. I asked for #9 and they didn’t know how to make it so I had to read it out loud. I asked for rotisserie chicken which they didn’t know what that was, I asked for chedder cheese and was given shredded mozzarella, and when i asked for banana peppers they gave me jalapeño peppers. don’t recommend
