Edit: took another star off after several visits. For the past two visits I got nothing but a lightly ingredient rubbed bread! So light weight that without opening it I couldn’t tell if there’s anything in it. The first visit was an exception maybe.

This isn’t against this specific location, more of an issue with Subway on whole. As part of recent menu revisions they have entirely dropped flatbread as an option, which has basically restricted their entire menu from folks who might have to watch their carbs but are still wanting a sandwich.

Charging more than the standard price.
12″ Vegie Patty sub is supposed to be. $ 9.79 but the charged me $10.89
Tax is supposed to be 1.59 and the charged me $1.79. When I asked him if this is a standard price across all stores. He lied to me saying yes. I wouldn’t go here.

Just a piece of advice for the owners of this store, having people come into your store to use the restroom is NOT a bad experience as the business owner said, having people in your store for any reason is a blessing, there are a few SUBWAYS in this area, people shop where they feel welcomed and valued. BE KIND AND KINDNESS WILL FOLLOW YOU. Btw tuna sandwich was good

This location used to have great service for over a decade, and then service went a little south after new management took over. The way some of them behave, its like they actually want to lose customers. Fortunately, food quality has not suffered.

very rude customer service. I have stop a few times to grab a sandwich and the experience had been the same . last time I noticed the lady was being very rude to me even though I was being very kind. but her attitude changed when she help next customer which was a white person.
