Worst subway I’ve been to in a long time. Woman preparing the food was barely paying attention, didn’t seem to care in the least. I get the job isn’t glamorous but maybe the smallest amount of attention/care is warranted. Didn’t bother folding Turkey, completely doused my sandwich in mayo after I asked her not to.

Person making the sandwich was obviously sick and coughing everywhere while building my sandwich and wasn’t even trying to hide it. I get it, Ive worked in food service and restaurants and unless you’re literally on the verge of death, management/owners will insist you come in and are willing to risk as many peoples health than be short staffed, but at least have someone cover in the front while you work in the back away from others or make an effort to look like you’re not sick. I immediately threw away the sandwich in the bin right after she handed it to me and vowed never to step foot in that Subway ever again.

I decided to try out this one because it was very close to my house but I was left disappointed. The cashier could barely speak English so I tried to make the communication as simple as possible so she could understand while I ordered two Spicy Italians. I also took an online survey because it’s stated you’ll get an offer of either 2 free cookies or a fountain drink of your choice in EVERY Subway. I presented my receipt from my previous transaction to the cashier but she denied it even though I wrote down the offer code at the top of the receipt as I was directed to. She kept shaking her head and so I called for the manager but the cashier did not call the manager for the next 5 minutes and instead moved onto another customer. When the manager showed up, she and the cashier were speaking another language while looking at my previous receipt and she also denied it. Unfortunately for them, the next customer after me stood up and stated that the free offer is indeed valid in EVERY Subways and that I have the right to file a complaint if they refuse to provide the offer. They simply gave up and I walked out with two free chocolate chip cookies in my hand. I thank the customer for sticking up with me and I’m glad I stood my case instead of just walking out. This Subway clearly does not value customers.

Honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any food setting .. sad pet is , it’s like this everyday with not an ounce of change .. management seriously needs to be reconsidered at this location.

Terrible service. Their personnel needs some customer service training. They’re rude and sloppy when prepping a simple sandwich. I had to post a review after going to this place for the third time. Won’t be back, that’s for sure.

This subway is a fraud. The big Spanish lady is a thief. I sent my kids in there to buy food worth of 36 dollars, she took thier money and gave them half of the order, with a 2 dollar 82 cents change and an 18.56 dollar receipt. My kids are 11 and 12 years old that trusted the lady to give them thier correct order. I went in there and she denied my kids right there In my face. My son said they paid her in two installments because she said she didnt have meatballs and later said she have. So the first order they paid for was not accounted for. When you add the change she gave my kids and the receipt, we have more than 20 dollars, she kept on saying my kids only gave her. So does it mean she is giving us more change than we ought to get. I wish I can give this store a zero star. The staff we met today are thieves, they stole my 16 dollars

Fast service. It does not have a lot of dine-in seating though. The bread is freshly baked. The quality is consistent with other Subway. It is located right in the middle of a busy shopping center. You may miss it since there are many other choices.
