I eat here almost every day and it is usually very good and cost effective, but for the last two days the service has been really bad. Yesterday, the guy taking my order didn’t speak any English at all. After spending a minute and a half trying to explain which bread I wanted, I told him that I wanted a tuna sub. He looked confused and started making me a steak and cheese. Today, I was the only one in the store besides a GIANT employee. I waited for two minutes while the subway employee (Indian lady) heated up the GIANT employees home made lunch and then chatted with her. At that point, I left.

This store has one very nice lady who seems to really care about the service she gives. She doesn’t deserve this review. The rest of the staff we have dealt with over the last year have been challenging. Last trip our order was wrong. This trip, we were charged wrongly. Trying to get the gentleman to understand the problem was impossible. Instead of fixing the problem at the register, he tried handing me money from the tip jar. I’ve been a customer since I moved to Centreville in 1999. I won’t be back. The frustration isn’t worth it. The food is typical Subway, so it’s good in a hurry, otherwise “meh”.

Just got two Phyllis steaks ordered by online and pick up this store,
Sandwich was not done as I order.
Wasn’t busy hour, no customer in store, I saw two staff playing not pay attention on orders.
No cheeses in Sandwich, no sauce i askedn, o toasted bread, no extra wrapping.. etc

This store has dishonest staff members. I purchased an order for a few of the “meal of the day” combos for 6.99. I even pointed it out to the employee making them for me on their sign. He then proceeds to charge me the full amount for all of the meals (which came out to an extra $9). I didn’t realize it until after I swiped my card (and gave a tip off of that amount). The store manager got involved when the cashier wasn’t able to fix the transaction. The store manager was not only rude, but also told me that he wasn’t able to fix and adjust the payment to the correct amount either. He then told me to just call corporate, which I did, only to find out that Subway does not even have any live agents to take calls at their corporate office. They just refer you to their website to fill out a complaint which does absolutely NOTHING. I’d definitely stay away from this particular store.

There was a $6.99 deal for a 6 inch sub with a small drink and two cookies. I ordered it and checked the receipt, and I realized that they over charged me. The woman who was at the counter was very rude and had a very bad attitude towards me giving me an impression that I was wrong. I explained exerything again but the woman kept saying it was due to taxes while I was sying that the before tax price was wrong. I ended up walking away overcharged. The woman’s attitude was really bad. The worst Subway ever.

Uneducated and rude. The worker yelled at us while we ordering food. 3rd time. Worst of the worst. Manager seems not care about these complains. Not going back again and will call Subway Corporate to let someone know. And will contact local authority also. so bad, we are not living in 3rd world county!!
