The young lady that served me was very impatient bordering on rude as if she had somewhere better to be. Im not the type to leave bad reviews or reviews at all. It really takes something making me mad to leave a bad one. As far as the food goes it was decent its usually a little better the taco shell tasted old and was hard instead of light and fluffy like it usually is. Thats all im gonna say about it I dont really want to get anyone in trouble juat trying to improve people’s future dining experience.

Food quality has went drastically down at this location. We live in Whitehouse and it is extremely hard to get decent takeout here. This food is a big hit or mis every time we order. Today I ordered 3 tacos and a nacho and the tacos maybe had a table spoon worth of dried meat in them. The nachos were stele and not worth eating. With the prices of the menu this is unacceptable to charge for this kind of quality. Either fix the prices to match the quality or fix the hired help!

This location ALWAYS forgets sauces with my order. I remind them at the drive thru window after placing order at the speaker, and they STILL forget! Costs too much to constantly have this problem and the food is no longer good since having to wait in line again! Speaking with management there doesn’t seem to help!

Typically I like this Dairy Queen. But to pay almost 5 dollars for a half blended ice cream is awful. Who ever was blending tonight did a horrible job.

After driving 1200 miles across the country I decided I wanted a taco salad from Dairy Queen for dinner. This is what I received, a bowl full of lettuce with a little bit of meat falling out and maybe 3 shreds of cheese, no sour cream and no picante sauce. Huge waste of money, huge disappointment. If I were you, unless you want ice cream, I wouldn’t bother getting food from this location.

Drive thru is extremely slow! So one day I pick up my order inside and find this on the counter. It put a smile on my face to see it in a public place! God is so good!
I had ordered blizzards before leaving the house. I know they are not to be made until I pick up. I get to the drive thru and tell them the name the order is under. There are 3 cars ahead of me and now 2 behind me. I was waiting for about 20 minutes until I could get to the window. I would have called in and canceled my order and left but I was stuck because of the curb and all the cars in front and back of me. Fine I sit and wait. I get my 2 blizzards and pay $12+ and they gave already started melting. No turning them upside down Lol. Its not the young girls fault because she is doing as she is told. I say that because I have never seen this one Dairy Queen to have other customers to drive around and wait for their HOT food. Just something that would help the line move faster. I still go there its just aggravating!

20 minutes waiting for a single chicken basket meal and some blizzards after. I order a large fry, it came with the regular sized, so I asked them to give me my large fry and 7 minutes later they threw a plate with about 10 fries on our table. Then we ordered some blizzards to go, which took another 20 minutes. Then while getting the 6 dollar medium blizzards mine came with a substantial amount missing, and partially melted. Food was ok, but our servers had an attitude and the wait times were abysmal. Do not go at 7 pm on a Sunday. This was the last straw with this DQ, after coming back to eating at it again after many many years. I will not be taking my business here from here on.
