The manager “ Johnathan “ was very rude. I asked him if he can grab the spinach for my sandwhich and wash it off before he put it on my sandwich because it was frozen. He proceeded to tell me he could not do that for something I am paying for, I thought the customer was always correct. Will not be returning back to this location!

Different and new staff with attitude. I was refused service because I express a concern regarding a staff who over charged me because I refuse to give him a tip. Manager stuck and refused to address this concern. Never, never. Never again will I choose to dine there since over 15 years.

Just like the rest, this place is filthy. The onions have lettuce mixed in with it and the pickles have cucumbers with it, the honey roasted chicken looks like it was prepared last week, the topping bar is filthy food wasted and not being cleaned.
