Just went here around 330pm today. My fiance and I go here often usually no problems at all. This is like our go to subway. We always do a mobile pick up order. Although today when doing one of our regular orders, a cold cut & chicken bacon ranch on flatbread. We go to pick it up when the app says it is ready and get home. I open my sub and its definitely not on flatbread and barely toasted. I check my receipt to make sure and yes it does say I ordered it with flatbread. I call the store, let them know my name and that I just picked up about 20 mins ago and its not what I ordered. He said “Oh, we dont do flatbread anymore.” Great that would have been fine at any point you notified me of this. My number is on file with my order, and the store has reached out before if there has been an issue before, but this time they did not. As well as at pick up someone also could have notified me and I could have decided something else they could have made. They chose not to do that as well. I express this to the person on the phone as well and politely asked for a refund. He said “oh sorry we dont do refunds, I can remake you another sub and it can be ready in 30 mins” So not only did i get denied a refund for something that is 100% on the store/company, I would have to go out of my way and drive another 20 mins back to the store. I told them out would just contact customer service since they denied me a refund for a simple sub. In all my years of working food industry and management I have never heard of something like that. Wild wild wild. Not only did it upset me, I didn’t even eat the sub they originally gave me it was just so small looking compared to what I normally get. Look at the photo, its smaller than my finger

The veggie patty sandwiches are always at this location and it always makes my sandwich more filling. I love the topping selection they have and it was the Safeway I grew up with in my old neighborhood, I will always order from this location.

I’ll definitely be returning to this location! Way better than the one further down Connecticut by American University Law.

The place is horrible! The staff barely speaks English I had to say I wanted a spinach wrap 5 times before the guy actually got it right, he even told me they have 2 kinds which one did I want when I had said it 5 times! I was told by one employee they had the sandwich (turkey italiano) I wanted on the my menu, then another came to ring me up and told me they didn’t and I had to pay for the extras… the wrap was poorly done and fell apart as soon as I picked it up, I’ve never had this issue at any other Subway, I highly recommend not coming to this store!

Location is terrible, very little parking…….. customer service is very poor, the food area is messy. Staff came from backroom, finally after waiting over 5 minutes, didn’t even wash his hands; until I said something. And yet, they take the globes…….. touch the toaster, the bin where the bread is, and even sweep the counter clean with the same gloves they want to touch & prepare your sandwich with. My tuna sandwich, the same one I get all of the time, a/f all, I eat @ Subway’s regularly every week…………. didn’t even taste right. The bread was hard, veg, either too soft or looked brownish, as though it was old………it just didn’t taste gd, extremely bland, very tasteless, lack freshness & flavor.
Too many other Subways around, I’ll choose another one to go to next time……………

I’ve never had a worst customer experience in my life omg makes me don’t wanna eat at @subway anymore. Idk but this shouldn’t be the way how customer are treated they don’t know anything about customer service I told the employee to put veggies before putting it in the oven and she literally turned backed and looked at me and I thought she didn’t understand what I said but after she wanted to Lie that I never said I wanted veggie on my pizza AND COMES THE OWNER MOHAMED YELLING AT ME .NEVER THOUGHT AN OWNER WOULD TREAT A CUSTOMER LIKE THAT OMG
