This is one of the nicer Subway restaurants I’ve been to. Upon entering the place I was impressed with the dining area. The booths were clean and up to date. The decor was nice and clean. Even has a wood molding around the partition. The servers were nice and the service was fast and good. Food was good and the pricing was the standard prices for Subway. Location is good, right off Dupont Hwy; nice parking area with a lot of space.

I used to eat here all the time. I came back for the first time in a while and service was terrible. Incredibly slow serrvice and they used a dirty knife to cut the sandwiches and get the hot peppers. They then left the dirty knife in the peppers. Not impressed. Hopefully we don’t get food poisoning…

Walked into the store to young lady and younger guy. Was not created while they seem to be laughing and playing. Young lady made my sandwich wrong, then she was upset, threw sandwich across prep station into trash. I walked out and will not go back.

Ordered food online 20 minutes in advance arrived at the store! Nothing had been done! Had to wait 30 minutes! For my food to be made! After I already pre- ordered my meal. And watched them serve others while I had to wait! As if my order! Wasn’t first in line!? Order online they say! Horrible experience!! Y’all suck!

My family and I walked in at 815 and they were Cleaning everything. Then had a problem making 4 subs cause they wanted to “relax” at 820. We sat down to eat and they had a problem. That’s not all! An elderly lady and her husband came in at 830 and they turned them away a half and hour early cause everything was put away. Moral of the story they were being lazy and rude.

The Subway in Harrington, Delaware is the cleanest and friendliest Subway on Delmarva. My wife and I travel from Maryland and pass by at least 6 other Subway’s just to go to the one in Harrington. NEVER a bad sandwich here. We only have one request: Could they add one of those fast hand dryers in the restroom? All in all, this Subway scores an 11 out of 10…..you won’t find a better one anywhere!

Was overcharged and when brought up to the cashier and shown the receipt, they stood by saying that it wasn’t an overcharge – no explanation just a ‘no’. When calling to speak with a manager three times after, no one answered the phone – this is at 3pm when the store is clearly open. Honestly the employees aren’t too great and since it’s not their money, guess they just don’t care what they charge. Thumbs down.
