For context my wife and I hadn’t eaten anything all day and we needed a save as we are getting ready for a flight tonight. I was on the app ordering when it kicked me out and told me to clear my bag. So I went in got there around 8:32. Now I know that’s a little less that half an hour to closing time however when I arrived the door was unlocked (as they must keep it open during buisness hours via a sign on the door) I walked in fully ready to get in and get out as to not cause much of a problem a bit before close. As soon as I got to the counter the man working at the time shooshed me away and said they were closed. 1. The door is unlocked. 2. They are open till 9pm. He said he turned off the system and that they are closed. I have a feeling he was just trying to leave right at close so he brushed me off and sent me away. Extremely dissatisfied with the way he handled this as it was not even close to close.

Please start making the pick up orders before we get there. EVERY TIME. Could be 10 mins or 30 mins that I order but when I get in the order is never on the rack or even being prepared. Someone slinks out of the back and says ‘2 minutes’ this is ridiculous for drivers doesnt matter if its the least busiest time of the day they wont have your order ready.

It was an overall great pit stop at subway! The people were super kind and friendly (the bad reviews are outdated and everyone there was sweet) I am a basic kinda of girl who just got tuna and I demoshished it!

The place smells like something die. They were clowning around took them 5 minutes to take my order. When it was time to pay they tried to over charge me 48.58 for only 3 ft long subways. When I ask if they include the subs as a meal they said no they were planning to charge me an extra $10 more. I have bought last week these exact sub as a meal and the price is 48.47. Never again this place is outrageous.

I have never wanted to write a review in my life but my experience here was horrible the kid had no idea what he was doing he didn’t know the difference between oil and vinegar I’ve never heard of that in my life there’s barely any meat on my sub he does not belong working there.

Nothing wrong with sandwiches but didn’t like how cashier helped themselves to a tip. I have no problem tipping which I planned on doing anyway. But when they cashed me out noticed when they handed me the receipt almost a 7 dollar tip was added . Normally they have option at the bottom to add or option on key pad. Billed was already cashed out and had 2 little kids with me that were very hungry so I didn’t question in store. I may be over reacting but this has made me think of not returning to store. I’ll go to another subway location in future.

Used to never have trouble with the food or staff at this location until recently when they brought on the new blonde male evening employee. Twice now when he has made my chicken sandwich which is supposed to be warm it ended up cold. Super tempted to stop coming to this location anymore.

The young woman who made my sandwich today was very welcoming and friendly. Made me a delicious sandwich and truely cared about preparing it nicely and carefully. Tasted very good, and great customer service I wouldn’t have expected from a chain store. Will definitely go back to this location!

I’m Jewish and I asked the man to change his gloves because he touched a certain meat that I can’t eat, he was so considerate and ended up giving me a different roll of bread because he had touched the previous one with his gloves. He was the kindest person and I’m really thankful that he was so understanding and kind about it! I appreciate you , thank you 🙂 will be going here more often
