With my recent dine in visit, food is lukewarm, Service was just OK and the dining room wasn’t clean at all. There was one or two chairs that didn’t have old rice and cilantro all over them. There was one woman serving all the other dine in patrons, with absolutely no help from her team at all. They seemed too concerned with online orders and walking would appear to be aimlessly in the kitchen. Nobody was smiling, and I think three or four of the employees made eye contact with the people in line without greeting them. This location just seemed off.

I don’t know what the negative reviews are going on about. They unfortunately deterred me for a while when I moved here, but I’m glad I gave it a shot anyway. This is a great branch. It’s clean, they don’t skimp on ingredients, and the employees are super nice. I’m always addressed with kindness and consideration, especially when I come with my baby. They’ll bring out a high chair for me, give me small portions of beans and rice for my baby, check up on me. I really like these employees and they deserve a better rating.

To Start: BE CAREFUL… beans and several Proteins appear to have been left out or not time checked properly.
Restaurant wasn’t clean in the lobby area.
Employees both did not want to be there at all and that was easily noticeable.
Shaelie was the host according to the receipt. Poor till skills. Obviously noticed that the customers were not happy with the service and had no intention on trying to make anything right.
Will not return.

I am a lover of all Chipotle’s, 5 different states, past 10 years, has been my favorite place to eat, my go to.. Portions were half of what they should be if that. My pregnant wife had me place an additional order.. had to go back for more cause i love the chicken quesadillas so much and she just wanted more rice and beans.. Just off this friday and i go there often so will comment when hopefully they realize larger portions leads to far higher customer loyalty, as well as a smile!
