Rude behaviour of staff and unprofessional behaviour. No staff had uniform worn showing unsafe practices which was followed and was talking in some other language. And did not fold sandwich properly. And upon requesting they snapped at me.

UPDATE: the owner also replied the same way as expected. Moreover i was asked that whether i was from india? I am canadian citizen. And i dont know how my nationality makes any difference. And as far as i know, if owner is also working, they are supposed to wear subway tshirt as well as apron and headcap. So if this is the way subway is operating, then really, subway standards are down the drain. And the message replied by owner shows that the employees were not able to comprehend the order which was stated by me. So, thats why US govt is deporting those people with poor english . Moreover, you attacking me personally shows naivety. I don’t need to explain to you, when i moved here or not.

Speaking of manners, i was asked that how do i speak with my parents? Is this the professionalism and manners shown by your so called owner? And i never mentioned anything about skin. I simply asked that where are your uniform and apron? If you think uniform and casual clothes are same, then you are way off! And if you are proud citizen then try to follow some basic food safety procedures such as not touching POS with gloves on.[saw that on another review] and your store’s overall rating shows the splendid service by your staff .

The staff are under trained and disgusting. One Indian gentleman is on his phone in his ear, not listening to me as I’m asking him not to put too much chipotle sauce, mayonnaise, and mustard on, to which, he didn’t listen. Then with his gloves still on touches the POS point of sale system And checks me out and in the same gloves goes on to touching the next sandwich in line without changing them. Do you know how disgusting that is? To take cash and other things from customers and then go on to touch a sandwich someone is going to eat? Furthermore, the first employee doesn’t know the difference between a wrap – which is a tortilla – and a flatbread. We asked for a wrap, and told us that the flatbread is the wrap. Additionally, the vegetables looked freezer burned, and my children said the employee that didn’t change his gloves was also touching his ear and belly. Owner please review the footage of what’s going on in your restaurant by your workers. 1star is deserved.

Visited this Subway outlet at KOP mall recently and left highly disappointed.
The staff seemed uninterested and barely acknowledged customers, as if they are doing a favor to me.
Forget about service, the sandwich I ordered didn’t taste fresh, and within an hour after eating it, I experienced a noticeable throat itch which lasted for 2 days straight, this made me concerned about the food’s quality and safety. Horrible experience.
Cleanliness, customer service basics required for any food industry, and food quality all need serious improvement. Would not recommend this outlet based on my visit.

About 90% of food was too old to still be serving. You could barely tell it was tuna. I had to find a cheese that didn’t look bad, some of the cheese that should have been white was changing to orange, the only vegetable I chose was lettuce because it looked ok, tomatoes were mushed together, and jalapenos were dried out of the liquid. This is probably why I was the only one there. I don’t think I’ve seen such a bad subway. The two guys serving woud talk to each other before talking to me and didn’t seem to care about anything. Paid 16 dollars for a steak n cheese where I hope I don’t get sick. I even gave the guys 2 dollars tip, even after the guy serving me gave me 2 of my 4 dollars back and held it until I said keep it.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

I’ve tried this outlet multiple times and am always disappointed. Stale veggies and meat, stale bread, unhygienic location. Despite its convenience in the mall food court, the experience never seems to improve.

But I made a mistake to give it another try and placed an order at 8:00 PM from the Subway outlet inside the mall, but the app didn’t show if the location was accepting orders, and when we arrived, it was already closed. Normally, the app shows a notification if the any location isn’t taking orders, but not with this location. There was no option to cancel or refund the order in the app, so I went back the next day to resolve the issue. The staff seemed uninterested in helping or even answering my question. They kept staring at me and my friend the whole time while we were having our food.

Rude woman. She should not be allowed to work anywhere. Unbelievable rude and high attitude with zero manners. Will never go there.

Update after reading owners response – I feel sorry for the owner. Go ahead and put the camera feed. Clearly you are not running this business happily. You did not do a favor by giving sandwich for 6.99 , it’s a subway promotion. It would be nice if you Close this store and do a favor for yourself, to the rude lady and to the customers.

Stale bread , sandwich maker was asked multiple times to add more ingredients and I’m not being greedy but when I ask for a veggie delight with a base of spinach and my man puts like 5-6 little pieces of spinach on that’s unacceptable, didn’t even attempt to spread the toppings out… look I’m sure making sandwiches isn’t a gratifying job but if you don’t like it then don’t do it. ownership you need to manage your business better. You failed today but I’ll try again one day. Do yourself a favor and got to the subway in Walmart trooper and see how that guy makes a sandwich and has fresh ingredients. Take notes and replicate. You’re welcome for helping you fix your business… no charge

Shady Business please check and keep your receipt. I visited on 12/13 and purchased my child a kids meal. I was charged around $8 dollars. I looked at my account and see i have a charge now for $12plus dollars. I don’t know what they did. I declined the tip option on the pad. So please be aware.

Lady did not seem to want to be here lol. Food was decent, HOWEVER they stared at me and my friend basiclly whole time we were eating our food. Do something with your life if you got time to stand you got time to clean. Also overpriced paid 3 dollars for a small water.
