EXTREMELY rude staff. I was trying to think of my order and the woman working behind the counter said to me “ i don’t have all day.” I WAS too stunned to speak. If you don’t have the time to work and be courteous to customers just say that. She needs to be FIRED. I believe her name was Pinky? Could not really understand her because she mumbled. DISRESPECTFUL.

No complaints ever when I come here. Anna and Kumar always greet me when I come in. Even if I’m not stopping in for food and they just see me walk by, they always give a friendly smile and wave. Even the employees that don’t work at this location all the time are very friendly and polite. I can always count on this Subway location to take of me when when I don’t feel like leaving the building for food. Thank you to the entire staff for everything they do.

I don’t really live in this area, but when I do come visit my cousins once in a while, I make sure that I stop by at this subway. The people are so nice and friendly. I could literally drive 45 minutes just to get subway from here because it’s hard these days to get perfect food. The people at subway near my house are so rude and they never put enough vegetables on my sandwich. I would definitely recommend this subway to people living in willow grove area and of course my cousins and my family members too. I think the owner really needs to appreciate the people working here because they’re sure nice and awesome!!!

The folks at this subway are always so kind! We stop in at least once a week for a soda and a sandwich. It’s usually my 4 year old son and I. They are always engaging him and usually slip him a cookie too!
