Wanted only 2 chocolate chip cookies however no employees were available to take order. One employee was busy cleaning soda dispenser with back towards customers and didnt bother looking back for 10 minutes even when i was calling on her. When she finally turned around I asked for assistance and she said she couldnt help and had to call the cashier who was inside the store not to be found. So I left without placing my order. I am a provider at guthrie rph. This was at 5pm and my night shift was at 5:30. I do not have time to wait around 10 extra minutes just for someone to take my order. This is absolutely ridiculous. No customer service.

My wife and I ordered 2 subs 1 was a roast beef and the other was a Philly and there was almost no meat on either sub it’s like we were given just whatever was left over we also ordered cookies and they looked like they had literally been half eaten was not impressed with this location.

Worst Subway ever, ordered a cold cut sub, had the daily menu ,got 3 pieces of bologna, can’t eat bread , so I had a wrap, cost extra for the wrap bread, by the time they got done adding it all up it cost 10 dollars, so much for a 6.99 sub, just wanted to change the bread. If I wanted a bologna sandwich I would of went home for that. Won’t be ordering from there again.

I hate absolutely leaving negative reviews, even when I’ve been here and the service has been good. Today there was a woman behind the counter who was absolutely nasty as soon as I came through the door and was equally as nasty to her co-workers around her. If you work in retail/food service I get every day is not all sunshine and rainbows, but if you are going to be absolutely miserable then MAYBE this job isn’t for you. I would consider not going/stopping my order when Alyssa works.

The food is good, if you get it all and it’s right. I’ve ordered multiple times from their app for delivery from this store now, and haven’t gotten things right or if at all. It wouldn’t be that big of a deal if there was a way to refund me without forcing me to go all the way back to the store (defeats the purpose of paying for delivery if I just have to go back). Offered free kids meals on Halloween. House as packed, but employees were polite, fast, and exceptionally courteous. We ended up buying food, also the staff was so extraordinary. Best Subway in the area.

Went in for dinner and was greeted by the most vibrant positive kids working. It’s great to see people having fun while working. They took their time making the sandwiches and asked if it was toasted enough, if the dressing was enough, same with veggies. 🙂

The chicken bacon ranch sub I got was yummy, however, the service was much to be desired. The 2 girls were chit chatting the entire time we were ordering. More like bickering actually. Let’s just say it was not a very enjoyable experience but at least the food was good.
